Good product, takes a little to start

I am very cautious about new supplements I try, because I'm super sensitive to most of the supplements I've previously tried. I dont like feeling jittery or just the sense of something is off so I will discontinue using them. However, Nature's Craft has these fertility boosters that have completely worked for me. I can't believe the amount of things this simple supplement has done for me. Months ago I wasn't feeling very good always tiered and run down feeling. I stopped in to the little family health clinic we use for the occasional cold, flu, or back trouble for me. Nurse practitioner checked my testosterone levels and they were bottomed out. So she suggested trying supplements. After hating the first couple brands I tried. I started on these by Nature's Craft and had no unwanted bad feelings so I continued taking 3 after my lunch every day. I started noticing in the first week I just felt better and didn't feel so run down. My nerves weren't so shot everyday as I homeschool my three girls. By the second week I noticed I was consistently having a better all around mood and my libido was actually gaining a lot of momentum. My wife wants a boy so we had just started trying to conceive our fourth child. So I started nighty obliging my wife's wishes 😉. By the third week my wife was telling me she could absolutely feel a huge difference in my erection size, hardness, and even the length of time before ejaculation. Guys who are interested in buying this product have something in common - to help them with their fertility for one reason or another. The thought of taking supplements makes one feel at ease that they are doing their part of the equation. However, the ingredients in this supplement are simple over-the-counter feel-good supplements. I am surprised to see that magnesium stearate is listed under "other ingredients" and not one of the primary ingredients of this supplement. Before I dive deep into magnesium, I'd like to point out that close to one-half of the ingredients provide quick pep energy which includes a slight increase in blood flow. Niacin also gives the feeling of flush and tingliness that may be interpreted as an increase in libido but not quite the same, especially when paired with cyanocobalamin. Now back to magnesium. The problem with combining all of the ingredients in one capsule is the delivery timing into the system. They may have a unique reaction individually but to use them for the purpose of improving one's fertility, the ingredients should be used systematically. Imagine all the musical instruments in an orchestra playing all at the same time, the sound produced will not be considered as music but just incoherent noise. On the other hand, when they follow an arrangement, they become music. Same with the ingredients in this supplement. As they are digested, some of them will counter the effects of another leaving them suboptimal and will not have the desired effect. Magnesium stearate is a good precursor for the other ingredients if taken alone 30 minutes before taking the rest. It helps program the mitochondria to assimilate incoming nutrients. Vitamin C, Zinc, and Q10 are good when used before bedtime to help the recovery of the body as it goes to rest mode. The rest of vitamin B is best used early in the morning or before strenuous activity as it helps increase the distribution of oxygen to the body. Now, as far as the rest of the ingredients Longjack, Maca, Panax, Selenium, and D-aspartic is mostly beneficial if there are no problems with the liver. I should say, their potency directly correlates to the health of the liver. For those who are easy to review this product and say it doesn't work for them, there are many factors as to why and I just listed some of them in this review. In summary, the ingredients in this product are good on their own when taken with strategy but may not work in their optimal expectation when packaged together in one capsule. I have not met anyone who has a sorting department in their digestive tract and delivers the supplement when needed by the body. Last thing. Because of the high level of Vitamin B in this supplement, avoid taking other supplements or drinks that contain vitamin B as you can overdose and experience unwanted side effects from vitamin B.

I was pleased to see that this product contains Longjack Root and Maca Root, which have their own known benefits. I have been anemic since childhood and have dealt with low testosterone levels since puberty, so I have had many issues with sexual drive and vitality. I am impressed with the results so far and will continue taking these. I am not currently using the product for its intended use of boosting fertility since I am not trying to have a baby, but I find that there are a multitude of benefits that I am reaping by adding it to my daily diet. I can’t speak to its effectiveness of helping those who have more serious issues related to fertility and vitality but I have been enjoying it so far for the purpose that I am taking it. The pills are very easy to swallow and don’t have an aftertaste. I take three per day along with my other dietary supplements and medication, of which I take very few (mostly iron for my anemia and a multi-vitamin). I think this product would be valuable for those who are looking for a supplement to not only boost male fertility and vitality, but those who are looking for a combination of the many vitamins and minerals in one product. The dosage is 3 capsules/day which gives only 100mg of CoQ10 which is the most important ingredient for fertility supplement and their title says semen booster with CoQ10. Not good as you need to buy separate CoQ10 again to reach the recommended dosage of 200mg to 400mg per day.
