Pair o Paring Knives
daily use items in this house and I finally got my beloved to throw away the GROSS paring knife he had forever (it had a plastic/rubber handle that had schmutz in it we couldn't get out, it was nasty!!) They are the perfect size, super sharp, the handles are really nice and fit well in your hand. Balance is excellent and they're pretty on top of it. They don't leave my hand feeling cramped when I'm using them for a longer time either. Very happy with these

I use these knives daily. They are comfortable to grip and sharp. I also think they are attractive.

Look nice but cut even better
Great starter (or even forever) knife. Sharp. Quality steel. Forged. Look great! GREAT VALUE from a well known and trusted maker of knives.Don’t waste money on a matching block set of knives. You only need 3 or 4 knives for most, if not all of your needs…a chef’s knife or Santoku in your preferred size, a paring knife and a serrated bread knife (6” or 10”), and possibly a boning knife. That’s it.I think this line of knives from Zwilling’s Henkel’s is a great value for those just starting out. I often give these knives as a gift to friends that I felt needed a couple of better knives in their culinary arsenal. When they experience the joy of using sharp knives, it may open up their appreciation for good tools and learn to take care of them.Who knows, they (or more likely, their spouse) may even end up hating me when they get hooked on collecting pricier knives. Ooops!

Verysharp
Knoves we're wonderful, but just a little bit less than sharp than I had expected. Beautiful handles; great grip. DO NOT CONSIDER NOT BUYING THIS BECAUSE OFWHAT IVE SAID..ID BUY AGAIN AND WOULD BE PROUD TO GIVE AS gift !

Nice Pair of Paring Knifes
Excellent knifes, feel good in your hands, sharp to where you hardly need to press down.Handle is smooth and they are lightweight, matched these up with a block set which only has 1 paring knife so bought these.My wife and granddaughters now can all cut up veggies for salsa and other kitchen specialities .....

nice and sharp
These have been great since buying them. I got a set for myself and after getting them I decided to pickup a setup for my parents as well. They have stayed nice and sharp after general use for several months.
