Has the Most Annoying Sound That NEVER STOPS. Charging is Terrible
Biggest waste of money I have ever spent. The batteries are super cheap and don't have the time rating that they claim. The charger takes over 24 hours to charge and makes the most annoying song while they are charging. The sound never shuts off, I need to unplug it and it makes my dog howl.

The batteries don’t compare to makita but for the price you guys all knew it wouldn’t. Also the song it played can be stopped by opening the unit and disconnecting the wire going to speaker. Loved what I got FOR THE PRICE

Loses charge faster than I'd like
They worked really good at first but then the charge started diminishing over time.

Poor quality
One of the batteries went dead after only 2 changes. The charging unit is super annoying—ridiculous noises and a chart that is supposed to let you know the status of charging but is impossible to figure out.
