I enjoy this tea before bedtime.
The taste is interesting and different but I really enjoy this tea before bedtime. I enjoy it so much that I make myself refrain from drinking it every night.

Sleepy time
I sleep like a rock when I drink two cups of this tea each night. Usually I’m woken by awful pain and numbness in my arm due to cervical issues. I sleep right though it. I can tell my arm had been numb because (as usual) it was numb for another hour or so after a wake up. The taste isn’t great. A small drop of Manuka honey helps (and I mean small drop. Manuka is turbo honey).

Good tea
Has no flavor at all. I purchased this after reading that there are health benefits to drinking this tea. But also found out its illegal to consume this as a tea in Asia. There are certain side effects as nausea and diarrhea. Just do your research before buying it. I will be using it in very low doses. The shipping was fast but the packaging not so pretty. I was surprised seeing that this comes from an actual tea company. Good tasting and fun to make
I drink iced tea daily. I was looking for something with a little more health benefits. I decided to try this tea. It is a beautiful deep blue color. I added a little sugar and drank it cold. It was good with a real earthy flavor. Following day I added sugar and lemon juice which changed the color from deep blue to purple depending on how much lemon juice you add. All earthiness left and it was really delicious.I got my husband, daughter and mother drinking it. I am hoping that it will help me and my mother’s arthritis in our knees, I’ll get back to you on that after I’ve drank it for awhile.
