not sure why, but this is the only thing that will grow my hair. probably the biotin. if i stop taking it, my hair practically stops growing as well. it also strengthens the nails a lot. for some reason these gummies work better than the liposomals, which had no effect for me. either way, this is great, i'm a repeat buyer, recommend it to everyone!!!

I have been taking these for several months and can see a very very slight improvement in my hair. I haven't noticed a huge improvement and was hoping for a little more. The gummies taste good and are easy to chew. I do wish they had a higher biotin level in them, overall these are decent hair vitamins.
