Let me begin by telling you that these actually WORK!! I had been taking Nutrafol for 2 months (not to mention I was so tired of taking 4 pills a day) I cancelled my subscription and switched to these and my hair has stopped shredding completely! I’m on my second bottle. I’ve been taking other Mary Ruth’s supplements before for example their multivitamin but I can tell you nothing works like these! At least for shedding. My confidence is back, happy customer, Happy wallet :D

This is the best tasting vitamin I ever had. As for the effects on my hair and nails, I cannot say because I don't think I have been taking them long enough, though I do notice my nails though not noticeably stronger do seem to be growing as they didn't seem to before.
