Does this product result in ncreased calcium production in the body?

K2 doesn't increase calcium production, it puts the calcium into the bones instead of the tissues, thus increasing bone density.

Is it 2,000 ui per “drop” or “one full dropper”? conflicting descriptions. how many doses per bottle?

You have to read the back - there are 2 products, 1 that is concentrated (1 drop) and the one that is not concentrated (1 dropper) - read the back of the bottle.

Measuring Is the drop from the cap/dropper 1ml as suggested in the serving size or do you need another tool to measure the serving size of 1ml?

My dropper has the 1ml measurement marked on it. I can send you a photo if needed. It's about 3/4 of the way up to the cap/dropper. Hope this helps.
