Yes it's universal, but I do not know about Ryzen products, I do know all Intel CPU's though

is it bad that the tube is resting on the gpu (top plate)? when I game, gpu and cpu temp is around 60C. how good is the tube for heat resistance?

At 60c should be no problem. There is fluid running in them and things shoul be a little cooler cooler. 60c is a little hotter then I'd like to see. Is there plenty of air flow through the box?
