As long as your torch uses Butane, this should work.

can it be used for corona old boy?

If used for Corona Old Boy, be sure you keep the cap on when not in use so the remaining butane won't leak out. If the metal nozzle doesn't fit your lighter, you can always use it as a kitchen bag wright.

Approximately how many refills does one bottle give?

Obviously it depends on the size of the tank in your lighter. I get about 20 or so refills.
