The setup is simple, the cedar backing looks great, and it gives the whole space that “I know what I’m doing” vibe—even if I definitely don’t. I’ve been using essential oils in it, and the aroma is amazing… until I get a little heavy-handed and end up with some black goo at the bottom of the bowl. Not a product issue—just me playing aromatherapist without reading the dosage instructions. Lesson learned: less is more. All in all, it’s sturdy, swings easily for cleaning/refilling, and makes the whole experience feel legit.
