Drink and enjoy this tea!
At first I found this tea at a Korean store and I fell in love with this tea! I like it better than roasted barley tea because it has very nice aroma and I believe it helps digestion after eating. I lost several pounds during summer because I was drinking a lot of this barley tea. Drink this tea instead of boba tea :)

Great quality tea
I was so excited for this tea. I made the tea once It was delivered! I boiled a pot of hot water and put some roasted barley in the pot and continue boiling for maybe 1 minute. Then covered the pot and let it steep until it was warm. It tasted just like what I expected. I am happy I made this purchase. The longer it seeps, the darker the tea becomes, and the roasted taste is stronger. I guess it’s personal preference how long you want to seep your tea.

Wasn't for me; thought it was roasted rice for genmai type tea
I'm not a tea expert by any means and I'm sure that this type of tea has many supporters. But it wasn't for me and I'll be the first to admit that it was my fault. But buying something you don't like and is different than you thought it might be, are some of the risks associated with online buying where you can't see first, what you're about to buy. I was originally looking for a type of roasted and popped rice that is often added to green tea to create genmaicha. This "tea" by McCabe seems to be something different that the Japanese roasted and popped rice. As it turns out, I did manage to find what I was looking for on Amazon in the form of Senbird's Mochi Rice Tea product, so all is good. Unfortunately, I was unable to return the McCabe product I purchased. I'm sure it's a great tea that many enjoy, but be aware that it is not (in my view), the traditional type roasted and popped rice you find in Genmaicha teas from Japan. I gave McCabe's product 4 stars because I can't knock what is apparently different than what I expected. At the same time, I did try the tea, and I deducted a star because my opinion on it's taste is something I can provide a personal opinion on, and it wasn't something I would enjoy as a tea for myself.
