For me, Anker, is mostly known for their power accessories. So, I have to admit that trying a phone case from them was a gamble. But, the price point was very attractive and so I gave it a shot. I am glad that I did.I seen a drop test video for this case and was impressed by its performance.I normally purchase Tech 21 Cases that average around $40. The Anker case is less than half that and in my opinion just as protective and more than worth the price paid--this 'feels' like a $40-$50 case!As far as Cons:- The case is in two pieces so there is some assembly required.- The outer plastic shell can be somewhat of a task to snap on. However, I am putting this on an 8 Plus--Which it was stated to fit. So, perhaps that could be a factor as the 8 plus could be ever so slightly thicker than the 7 plus.- Although the rubber portion of the case covers the whole phone and provides a barrier of protection, The outer plastic portion snaps on and protects the corners and middle edges. However, there are significant gaps where the plastic doesn't cover or reinforce the rubber near the switches. Now, that being said, I don't think that would be a big deal, because in my experience, phones usually fall on its edge in some way and begin to bounce and tumble. So although the odds of a direct fall onto one of these 'weaker' areas is low, it is still worth knowing, as other cases do provide fuller lateral protection across the whole length of the phone.- It can be slick at times.All that said, the case is comfortable, solid, and attractive. And, for the price, I feel that it is a bargain without being 'cheap.' I feel that it will protect my iPhone 8 plus, and I would purchase it again.

Excellent quality !!! Fits perfect .... only reason that I have 3 stars it’s because it’s so so slippery... other than that it’s great ... sadly it feels like you will dropped at any moment ...

The case is very well made and has already protected my iphone 8 from a few drops. The only thing I would try to improve is to put a sticky or rough back so if doesn't slide as easy on a table or dashboard. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 rating.

I am impressed. .Amazing quality for any price. Feels like I paid in excess of $30 of this and I paid less than half. Thoug, the price here is not the highlight, its the quality of the product. I have bought Anker products from Amazon for years now and I have to say that rarely am I disappointed. This case is exquisitely made, the heft and feel of some kind of tactical gear but thin enough for the office. This was a smidgen thicker than I expected it to be, but not an issue. Highly recommended!

Case has nice bumpers on the corners for extra protection and enough of a lip over the screen to prevent the screen from hitting face down. Kind of wish the lip over the front extended a bit further for some extra protection but it appears to get the job done. Provides good protection without making my iPhone 8 plus too bulky and works perfectly with my Anker Wireless charger, as advertised. No issues with getting phone in/out of pocket while using this case. Overall very happy with this purchase and I will come back and update if anything changes or I can add more comments on durability.

Case is really protective but also adds a good amount of weight to your phone. One thing i wish it had was some kind of grip on the back where it's just plain smooth plastic, and also with it was all black instead of that carbon fiber pattern on it.

Extremely high quality with materials that feel very durable. Fits like a glove.I was looking for a dual layer case because I wanted to place the magnet mount plate where it would be hidden and this was perfect.Attached the metal plate to the inner side of the outer plastic layer before snapping it on and it worked like a charm.

Good protection for my iPhone 8 Plus. Good grip, easy to access controls. Accepts aftermarket charging cables Does not intetfere with Anker wireless charger sold on Amazon. Case protrudes above front glass to protect the glass from scratches when placed face down on a flat surface.

The case came already assembled so you just have to snap it on. It was also very easy to put it on. The cut was on point, all the buttons are easy to press.

Feels good in the hands. I really like the carbon fiber accenting. Assembling and removing the phone from the case is really easy and feels safe.
