Overall pretty good.
Does what it suppose to do. Minus one star because it's a little light. When press the pedal, the whole thing tilt up a little.

This pedal extender is a very good investment for young players who cannot reach the pedals without assistance. It opens up the repertoire considerably and facilitates proper posture. It is easy to collapse and extend and we have even taken it to recitals successfully.

It's ok. At least it will probably work for my kids, although will be awkward to use. The description says "adjusts instantly" - but that's a half truth. You can quickly make the entire unit higher or lower, but to actually use the pedals, you will need to individually adjust each of the three pedal contact feet. I have a 5 year old and 7 year old, so need to continually switch the height. It's so annoying I've set the middle and left pedals to the lowest positions and only adjust the right pedal when I switch between them since that's what they need anyway. Construction didn't impress me for something with this cost.

Works great for my 6 year old daughter
Works great for my 6 year old daughter. She's using it as a foot rest for now, but eventually she will use the pedals too. My 3-year old son will be able to use it as well in the future.

The unit works, but not all that well. I bought it for my kids (7 and 9) because their teacher had the same model and she seemed to like it. In my opinion, the pedal mechanism is poorly designed. When the extender pedal is pressed, it takes a lot more force than the regular pedal because the pedal-presser descends on an angle instead of straight down. This causes it to have to slide on the pedal while it pushes it down. The sliding friction just feels awful underfoot. Also, the unit moves out of place easily and then the mechanism misses the pedal. I made a foam spacer to try to keep it aligned while not marring the piano's finish. And though the unit has two pedals, their spacing does not align to my Kawai piano, so only one pedal makes contact with the piano's pedal.
