Works for me!
Very happy with this base. Not using it with a patio table as stated, but very happy with the stability and the ease of filling it with water. Great product for me with a good price!

Sturdy and stable base; Would prefer a 3-screw pole tightening system
The US Weight Durable 50 pound Fillable Umbrella Base was used as a short pole mount for technical equipment on my front porch. It seems to have a stable base. I filled it with about 15-20 lbs. of sand to weight. Since I had a 1.25" O.D. pole, I wrapped the bottom of the pole (below the tightening pole screw) to provide more stability and reduce any change for wiggling. Would have preferred a three screw mount, but for the cost, the mounting option was acceptable. Definitely serves the purpose at a decent price. Appreciated the choice of colors. The base was slightly larger than I needed, but since it was designed for Patio Table umbrellas, it is fine.

Not suitable for windy areas
I wanted to love this base. My umbrella fit in no problem and when it is down this has held up through some pretty wicked storms where I forgot to bring the umbrella in, so the weight is good. It is easy to fill up and set up umbrella inside of it. I live in a very windy area, so this umbrella CONSTANTLY spins. The single screw holding it in place does not keep it from spinning. It is just not meant for wind.

Love that it is not going to rust on us.
I bought this for a our 9 ft umbrella to sit under our patio picnic table. It works great with it. We have the color brown and it looks good. It is made durable and tough for outdoors. Was easy to assemble. Plastic so that means no rust for us.

Does what it’s supposed to, but not necessarily well.
The base is fine, not great but works for what I needed. I filled with dry cement and added water. It’s not completely full at the moment and I will probably HAVE to fill it up the rest of the way because it’s not strong enough as is. My patio umbrella tilts as a functionality and I can’t tilt the umbrella while using this stand because even a small breeze will tip it over. I added a nut and washer to help stabilize the pole in place when tightened. I also added some foam around the pole as well to try to help with stability.

Works well in a non windy area.
Exactly what I was expecting. Holds up a 7ft umbrella pretty well. There is a little play when it's windy, but hasn't fallen over yet.

Good
The umbrella holder is good, but it’s very lightweight. I think I’ll need to put some sand inside to make it heavier because it keeps tipping over. With just water in it, it’s not heavy enough to hold the umbrella securely.

Just right
I was using it to support a Davis weather station on a 20 foot pole. It worked out great. I was a bit nervous but I couldn't ask for more. Filled it with sand and it was easy to level.

Concepto muy práctico, se rellena con arena y mantiene la sombrilla siempre en su lugar. No recomiendo que usen agua.

Does the job!
Filled it with water, and attached the CorLiving PPU-230-U Tilting Patio Umbrella in Sand Gray to it without any trouble. Sometimes in high wind, the umbrella will spin a little (when it's open), but I don't keep the clamp too tight, so this is a small concern. It keeps the umbrella standing and fits well underneath my patio table.

Not supportive enough to hold a standard garden umbrella
Only one pin on one side to hold the umbrella pole up so unless you use a really lightweight beach umbrella, it doesn’t hold it straight. Leans so much it doesn’t work on a standard garden umbrella. Needs a screw on the other side to hold it in place
