The vendor was of reasonable help and the setup is fairly simple. Used an isolated computer to operate this as I always have concerns with Chinese software being loaded. Still trying to figure out how to adjust the sensitivity of the reader and get it to stay set once switched to the traditional USB keyboard setting instead of the com port. We would buy more of these if we can get over this challenge. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works like a charm! *by K***N on April 27, 2018* It would be nice if they would include a download link to their software/drivers instead of CD only. You have to request a link. We had a hard time finding a way to read the CD our computers do not have CD-ROM slots anymore.
