I was desparate and this worked better than anything else I've tried.
My cat was in serious trouble. He had been stealing dry food from one of my other cats and doesn't do well with dry food in large quantities to begin with. I normally give wet food in the evenings but noticed he was suddenly getting extremely large and wasn't using the litter box. After a week of nothing but small quantities of wet food, a vet visit and two forms of laxative... after about a week of not having much luck I was getting desperate for other ideas. He was able to get out extremely small quantities of stool, but it was very large and hard so I knew there was some serious blockage and I was was going to have to look into more serious methods which would have been terribly expensive within the next day or so. I purchased this product out of desperation. Once I received this, I gave 3 pills in the evening and I believe 2 more before bed mixed with water & wet food to dissolve. In the morning since I didn't see any stool, I dissolved 6 pills in his wet food. After about 2-3 hours he was able to use the litter box and managed to get rid of a LARGE amount of stool which was the consistency of semi-solid stool & melted ice-cream. This was the first real time I've seen him go in about a week or more, so I'm very relieved to see some progress. This product obviously does something so if it's helped me.... seems worth giving it a try for someone else! Update - That night I decided to give another 4 dissolved in wet food. Next morning after eating some normal wet food without any pills, he managed to relieve himself again. Again with quite a large amount of stool. Seems like this product is working pretty well. Given that he went at least 12 days using other methods that didn't seem to produce any results, the fact that he's better within 12 hours of giving these pills, I can't exactly call a coincidence. This product seems to do exactly what it says it'll do. The recommended is 2-3 pills twice a day, so I'll be sure to reduce the amount now that he's out of the danger zone.

It works, just be patient
This medicine works! At first I wasnt too sure, because if my cat was going, I didn't actually see him go. But today, after having taken it twice a day for the past week, I saw him go, on the living room floor, lol. I couldn't be mad, as I know he was relieved as was I that he was able to go. This can be given daily as a preventive and we will be continuing it as my boy is almost 20 years old. The oldest pet I have ever owned.

Cats will eat these!
This product is odorless and must be taste free. My cat just eats them with her canned food. Effective as well.

I'm actually stunned!
UPDATE on my review: I still love this stuff. I have added powdered, flavorless Miralax to my routine. I mix that in water with her wet food on most days, then give these tablets when she hasn't had a bowel movement. The Miralax definitely loosens the stool. These tablets help move it out. I am still VERY happy to have found this product. We are back to normal! -------- I'm so happy right now, I might cry. My 17 year old cat is so constipated. She just had her senior wellness checkup at the vet, and everything is great, but xrays show she has a lot of backed up poop. She struggles to go, and it is so hard - like little pebbles when she does. They kept her all day and gave her 3 enimas. When she came home, she really didn't pass any of the hard poop, and hasn't since. My vet suggested giving her Miralax, which hasn't helped either. I ordered this after reading the reviews. It came in 2 days, and as soon as I got it, I gave her 3 pills at noon, 1 pill at about 3pm (all in pill pockets)...it's now 4pm, and she just had a wonderful bowel movement! If you are in this situation with your elderly cat, you KNOW it is cause for celebration! Within a day, within hours, this stuff gave her relief. I will continue to give her the recommended amount every day for a while until I know she has passed all of that stuff that is backed up. Then I will keep her on maintenance. I just know she must feel better already.

Stool softener for cats.
Didn’t work with one pill, however it worked after giving three pills.

even the packaging admits that it doesn't 'Diagnose, Treat, Cure, or Prevent' anything.
i wish i had read the description far enough to find the word 'homeopathic', which should be a red flag to anyone who has even a basic understanding of chemistry. the statement on the side of the box is absolutely true: 'homeopathic formulations are safe to use long term and do not interact with other medicines or supplements' ...because there's nothing -in- them that interacts with anything -- not with real medicine, not with your body, not with anything. this is a bottle of lactose sugar pills, which is what the bulk of the pills are made out of, and i'm pissed at myself that i made the stupid mistake of wasting thirty dollars on something that has absolutely zero scientific support and zero effectiveness. please don't feed your cat sugar pills. if you don't know what to do, ask a vet for something that actually works.
