Q: What is the stack height of this shoe?

Don't know exactly, but much thinner than a long distance running shoe. In between a running shoe and a barefoot minimalist shoe. I love them for sprints, I would never heel strike on concrete with them.

Q: Can these be worn barefoot for workouts? Do they breathe well?

Do you mean worn without socks? Sure, I don't see why not. The fabric breathes well enough.

Q: Does this shoe have a removable insole?

Yes, the insoles are removable. If you wanted to replace them with with an orthopedic or another insole idt you'd have any issues. Personally something I like about the shoe is the minimal drop.

Q: Is this shoe true to its size? I wear a size 13 & I don’t want to order a size 13 and it not fit comfortably.

I’ve had your exact concern, happen to me too many times when ordering shoes online! Now, I always order my size, and one half size up. It is a pain, as then you have to deal with shipping the one that doesn’t fit back. I typically wear size 11, so I ordered both 11 and 11.5. The 11.5 fit so me much better….and in fact, is an incredibly comfortable shoe….so size up a half. I hope this helps.
