doesn't pull hairs. takes a little while to figure out the right angle to trim exact hairs, but you'll figure it out. it's cute for what it is! works well and accurately once you get the hang of it. the battery lasts a long time between recharging. I love that it's rechargeable. it's a good size for my small hands. seems durable and cleans easily.
