My wife loves tea but hates it when it gets cold. Naturally she lets it sit for like an hour because she always forgets about it but not pointing fingers...Anyways, I figured she needed a thermos kind of thing to keep her tea warm. But something cute, not intrusive, not bulky, and easy to figure out. After reading the reviews I landed on this item and let me tell you, it's awesome. Right out the packaging it's ready to use. Keep in mind you have to screw the tea trap looking insert thingy together. Don't just pop the top on and expect it to hold itself together. Also, we found that you can stuff a tea bag in there and it'll seep just fine that way. Using loose tea leaves creates little tiny particles that float around. Not sure if that's a design flaw but easily avoidable if you don't use loose tea leaves and use tea bags like we do. When it comes to keeping it clean, you'll need a tube sponge or pipe cleaner kind of sponge to get in there. It's a bit narrow to put your hands in to wash. Maybe if you have really small narrow wrists like my wife, but if not, trust me you'll need it. As far as how long it stayed hot? Well we timed it how long it stays hot and was about 4 hours until it started to feel warm. Not even cold at 4 hours. It took it another couple of hours before it became luke warm, but hey, that's pretty good! All-in-all, great product, doesn't break the bank, and most importantly, my wife loved it! Plus they come in sooooo many different shades of color "I got her carribean blue" so that's also a win.

This is a beautiful cup,keeps tea hot for a long time

I didn't realize that I have had this product since 2023. It is one of my go-to's for all of my beverages. I've used it for just about everything and have been satisfied with it. Now days, I use it for my hot coffee in the winter months. I also travel with mine. It is the best. If you buy...you will not be disappointed. My only negative is, I wish the company at some point make the mesh stainless diffuser for re-order. my original one that came with the product was destroyed. I searched for another one on Amazon and couldn't find one so I ordered another brand. It works but it's a tight fit so it makes it harder to put in and get out. Everything else about this product is great even the little quotes at the bottom of the bottle!

I LOVE MY TEA BOTTLE. Had an issue with my first one, but I emailed the company and got my 2nd one which was perfect. I love my loose leaf teas and travel a lot and this is the perfect solution for my loose leaf teas on the go. I just go in the gas station and get my hot water and come back in the car put my loose leaf tea in the infuser, pour my boiling water in their and it’s like magic. Best Amazon purchase to date. and keeps it hot literally all day long

What makes this thermos stand out from the rest? Let me tell you. Lots! It’s the perfect size ; fits into a purse or backpack. It’s well insulated. It keeps things HOT for a long time! Hours and hours. Even in the chilly rainy Portland weather on the floor of my kayak. It has this filter basket that holds loose leaf tea or bags and it keeps the tea leaves in and filters out tea, so no leaves floating in your cup. I purchase mine over a year ago and recently got the leaf basket stuck in the garbage disposal. I contacted customer service inquiring about a new filter basket. Amanda B. was the hero that saved the day. She sent me a whole new thermos since the filter baskets aren’t sold separately A whole new thermos free! She was quick to respond and ship my replacement. Thank you Amanda B. For your excellent customer service and for the new thermos.

Keeps my tea hot until ready to drink. Beyond my expectations!

Update: It appears they fixed the coloring of the bottle in the advertisement picture, and while I still disagree with calling it hot pink, I can attest that the color in the photo now matches the product. I'm impressed that they fixed that! I did end up ordering the light purple and the color was right on. The product is fantastic! It keeps drinks hot for long periods of time and the steeper is great! Changing from 2 stars to 5! Original review: My review is based solely on the first impression. I know actual colors can vary from pictures on a screen but this is so far off the color description is just wrong. In no world is the bottle I received considered hot pink. I ordered the color I wanted and received Pepto Bismol. 1 star for solid packaging 1 star for it otherwise appearing to be what it claims to be. -3 for completely misleading about the color. I'm returning and not sure it's worth trying another color considering how far off this one was from the description.

I am just using mine for the first time with a delicious tea in it. The beauty of this thermos adds to the experience and makes it that much more enjoyable. The beautiful colour and finish AND the beautiful message on the bottle all make it more fun to use. It's been almost two hours now that I am sipping away at my tea and the temperature is still perfect for me. I can see it'll keep it just the way I want it till I'm done. The tea itself was very easy to make in this thermos, the basket was just the right size for the tea leaves I would use. And I liked that it had a top that sealed. The little handle on the top of the steeper made the steeper part very easy to remove when I was done steeping the leaves. Also, the outside has been completely cool and comfortable to the touch, even with very hot tea inside. This Hey Girl thermos I am using now, is the first of two so far that I ordered. And I am happy that I have another coming in. I may well order more in the future. Love the inspirational messages.

Ordered and came with a slight defect in the paint and as it was a special gift for me from my dad I of course wanted it to be perfect so I contacted the customer service and they were amazing! No automated replys but actual replies but a great rep who was more than kind and sent me a replacement! A truly great company and wonderful products I cannot say enough good about them! Also the sleep tea works! Best night sleep I had in awhile so calming!

Beautiful color and thoughtful presentation. Even the packaging was clever! Inspiring and encouraging message matching a beautiful choice of colors. My only request would be for a silicone ring/design around the sleek bottle for an easier grip.

I was searching for the perfect gift for my best friends 40th birthday. She can be difficult to buy for. I came across this and just knew she would love it..... and she did!!! Keeps her tea nice and hot all day. The colour is super fun and she absolutely adored the little message on it. She only said it was difficult to clean but only because she didn't have a bottle cleaning brush, she does now though so the problem has been solved.
