...Fantastic
Let me start off by saying I have had high blood pressure since I was in my early 30s, and have been taking a prescription med for over 25 years. In all fairness I have to admit that I have never suffered any side effects from my prescription medicine. I have always felt good with it and it has worked well most of the time in the past. I decided over a year ago to try and take a natural route to my BP for I was getting sick and tired of being at the mercy of both my doctor and the insurance company that were both getting too greedy and difficult to deal with. Unfortunately many of the natural supplements I tried that can be found on Amazon did not work. They may have helped in some cases maintain what pressure I had while on medication in some instances, but eliminating my prescription med was totally not an option. Then I found this Carditone. I decided to try it because of the glowing reviews it has gathered here. And now that I have been on it for over a month I can truthfully say that all the positive reviews were right. This stuff not only has worked fabulously for me, but for the first time in almost three decades I am off a prescription drug for my BP. I must confess that I wasn't too smart in my beginning a regimen with this. I just one day stopped taking my prescription meds and started using the Carditone. Dumb move, and dangerous as well. It's very obvious by the other reviews here that this takes time to build up and work in your system and I should have heeded that warning closer. I could tell that my BP had jumped the first couple of days for my pulse was fast, and I started to get headaches after the second day. I didn't even bother to take a reading, I just decided to cut my prescription med in half and add it to the regimen, and hopefully ween myself off of it over the two weeks that the Carditone takes to really start working. I did take a reading a couple of days after starting the split regimen and it was 158/95. Not the worst, but not good either. But then I decided to just forgo any more readings until I had been on the Carditone for a full two weeks. When I finally did take it, I was shocked, most pleasantly. It read 130/68. Twice I took it and twice it was in the 130/70 range. Simply amazing. I took it again a couple of times over the next few days and every time it was in that same range, and with a pulse rate of 66-72. After another week I finally dropped the prescription med and have now been on the Carditone alone for almost two months. I take my BP about 2 or 3 times a week and it is always in the 130/75 range. (My pulse rate has increased some since dropping the prescription meds, but the BP pressure has remained constant). I feel no side effects whatsoever and I am exercising and feeling better than I have in years. I can't tell you what it feels like to be free of the yolk of doctors and insurance companies after so many years of catering to their orders and making them rich. I have been taking the recommended dose of one tablet morning and evening and it has worked perfectly for me. I don't know where this stuff was a year ago when I was trying so many other supplements, but all I can is thank God I found it now. It's the best thing that has happened to my health is a very long time... In conclusion, my experience with this Ayush Carditone is a true success story. It couldn't come out any better. And I recommend it highly for anyone who's BP is a little high that is presently on no meds as a very effective natural remedy. However I must warn you that if you are thinking of trying this and are taking a prescription med as I was, that you not be as stupid as me and either take your full dose along with this the first week or so, or cut down the dose and split the difference as I did. Do not just go cold turkey, for this Carditone does indeed take a couple of weeks to build up and become effective in your system. Remember that patience is a virtue, practice at the beginning with this and enjoy being free of prescription drugs for your BP, maybe forever...Highly recommended...

May keep me from ever having to go on BP meds!
While I've had some minor side effects I can live with (most meds do, whether natural or not), I believe Carditone as well as a natural water pill I take, will keep me from having to go on BP meds from the doctor for the foreseeable future. I'm 29, and for several years I've had a near-constant mild tension-like headache, a rushing heartbeat, and feeling overly hot and a bit swollen, while being nowhere near menopause age. Turns out, this was a high blood pressure headache. For several weeks (probably should have taken Cardi a few more months before making a review) I've been on Carditone once a day every other day, and a natural water pill (click my profile, I reviewed the water pill) diuretic... my BP went from an average of 135/86 to around 122/76. I am so, so happy! While my pressure wasn't extremely high, for me personally it must have been too much since I was battling constant headaches, I even started to wonder if I had a brain tumor. Well, I'm thrilled to say I'm no longer having ANY headaches!! My rushing heartbeat has decreased, and I notice I'm colder and my hands sweat less (maybe that's the water pill). Now, I want to get into my dosage... I may keep tweaking it, but currently, I'm in the "less is more" camp and I've only been taking 1 Cardi pill every other day, and 1 water pill every other day. I normally don't take both on the same day. I see some people saying they were having bad effects such as feeling faint and too low BP, and I wonder if they were taking too much, or should only take 1X/day versus twice daily. I am a 135 lb 5'2 woman, so for me, just 1 pill is very effective, remember everyone is different, maybe *you* personally would need more or less. Remember, you can even cut these pills in half. Maybe I will experiment with taking 1/2 in the morning and the other half at night. Due to my only taking like 3-4 pills each week, I haven't felt faint or anything too strong. However, in the immediate hours after taking 1 pill, I do feel a bit more spacey, laid back and chill attitude, lower energy, and a bit of a stuffy nose. Now I also battle with depression and anxiety, so honestly, the extra laid back attitude is a welcome change for me. My husband has commented to me that I've been extra pleasant to be around lately lol. This side effect could have to do with one of the herbs, look up each one of the herbs and read so you know what to expect, one of the herbs does have a documented side effect of feeling spacey. Perhaps when people are taking large doses, that could be what is making people feel faint and weak. I'm happy with my lowered heart rate as well. Also, taking a B complex supplement can help with lowered energy. It's helped me, and while I still feel very calm, I absolutely do not feel faint or unable to exercise/work etc. As of now, I'm continuing with my every other day regimen of this Carditone plus the water pill, not taken on the same day.

Great product and customer support
I have been taking this product for years and itโs the only thing that really keeps my blood pressure in check without having side effects. It has saved me from having to go on prescription medication which does have a lot of side effects. My review today is based on the fact that I needed to call their customer service department and ask something specific about the product and its appearance and I was able to call them and get through to a doctor right away who answered my question. This was great and I highly recommend this product.

Be Patient and Diligent. It works.
Iโm a relatively fit middle aged person and I workout at least 5 days a week, nonetheless, I have high blood pressure. On average I was hovering around 140/98. My doctor wanted to put me on medication, but we came to an agreement that if I couldnโt self regulate then Iโd take the medication. My acupuncturist suggested I use this supplement under his guidance and I decided to give it a go. He started me off at 2 pills twice a day (well over the dosage on the bottle) until my blood pressure started to regulate. During the first week nothing happened, but in the second week my blood pressure started to drop to mid-130s/mid-80s. I dropped it down to one in the AM and 2 at night. Iโm in my third week and my blood pressure has been holding steady at around 115/78. Iโm planning to drop the dosage to 1 in the morning and 1 at night and still maintain those readings. Adding this supplement is the one and only change I made so I really canโt attribute the drop to anything else. Iโm not a big review writer, but this was important enough share.

Good but exercise caution!
This has worked wonders for me. My BP is usually running 150/100. This is even with medication and without medication I'm ridiculously high. I workout 4-5 x a week and try to eat healthy but still no dice. After taking this for a week my BP went down to 142/93. Still high but evidence it works. I also noticed I'm less anxious, have more energy and sleeping better. The reason why I'm giving 4 stars is it caused swelling in my feet with taking the full dose. So those who are smaller framed women should probably cut this supplement in half. The pill is pretty big. After taking half i didn't have swelling. Also, like many others, i have that annoying nasal congestion. It's worth it if it puts my BP at safer levels.

Love this stuff
Honestly, this stuff helped me tremendously. I was waking up with headaches and no more. Highly recommend this if you have blood pressure issues and of course itโs not for everyone. I love taking natural remedies over prescription drugs.

Life savor!!!
They WORK! My story: I was on 2 different BP medications for years. I took one pill at night and the other one I took twice a day. I failed an EKG, but my stress test and heart scan came back fine (heart problems run in my family so I opted for the extra test ran). I read about Carditone and decided to give it a try. I was able to wean myself off of one BP medication that I took twice a day because my blood pressure had dropped so much. I never fully stopped my night time 1 BP pill but I didn't have to take it consistently. Truth be told, I took it more out of fear of my BP getting out of control again. Initially I wasn't sure about Carditone because it did cause the sinus problems that others have complained about (and I was aware of this potential issue going into this journey). My right side nostril became clogged, I was snoring horribly and it just felt sore inside my nose. I switched to a half a pill at night and that solved my blood pressure problem and the sinus issues. Fast forward after a year of taking it, and I had to go off of all holistic medications for two weeks before a medical procedure. I ended up going off of all of my holistic meds for a month out of sheer laziness on my part. Since I was still only taking 1 prescription BP pill at night, my blood pressure went through the roof! It was 170/115 at the Doctors office and even worse at home at times. I immediately went back on the 2 blood pressure meds, 3 times a day but after 2 weeks, it wasn't helping much, if any. THEN my doctor tried to add another BP med and I was just DONE with prescription meds being pushed rather than getting to the bottom of the issue about why my meds weren't working. I began taking a full Carditone again. I'm now on day 4 and my BP is consistently down to 126/84! I can feel my sinuses clogging up a little but it's well worth readjusting again to have normal BP! I'll be going off one of my BP meds again within a week. I will note that you should keep an eye on your lowered heart rate. That's another reason why I cut my dosage back to 1/2 pill verses a whole one. My two cents to anyone considering trying Carditone is DO IT!! Everyone's body is different so it may or may not work for you but it's most DEF worth trying!
