My eye bumped into my sons elbow and I take blood thinners so needless to say I got a really bad shiner. I looked like rocky. I put this stuff on it. Massaged it well and let it dry. I did not put it in my eye. Just around the bottom not close to it. It did have a strong smell but I was at home. I fell asleep on my bed after work. By the time I woke up a bit later WOW. I could see the healing. The black was diminished in only a few hours. It is working. I easily bruise and I will use this in my arms and legs. I won’t wear it out as it has a strong herbal smell I don’t mind it but not to wear out. It does work.

Bought this because I needed something quickly to use, but honestly had a noticeably disagreeable smell to those around me when I wore it and doesn't work as well as many other DIt Da Jows out there that I've tried.

This is a great product. Wish I'd learned about it years ago. I bought 7 more bottles from their website - Robert Youngs Acupuncture online store (less expensive & volume discount).Anyway, sent 5 of them to my parents and their friends and they love it. They keep it by the tv and put it on at night and by morning their bruises are much better, and they say gone in 4-5 days.

Looking at other reviews as well as the promising claims listed with this product I hoped it would help with the bruising I get after my 2x weekly iv treatments. I have very few useable veins so I need to get the bruises to go away quickly between treatments. Well after almost 5 days of consistent use there was literally 0 difference. Money is tight now due to my extra medical expenses so I am mad I wasted almost $30 on something that did not deliver what it promised. I would return it for a refund if I could.

Works great on bruises.

My wife is a klutz and is constantly bumping into things. As a result, she always has these ugly bruises on her legs. I got her this and she started using it on her latest bruise, and it vanished in only a few days. It was amazing to see the difference this made when compared to an untreated bruise (she has plenty) that normally takes weeks to heal.

THE COLOR, TEXTURE & SCENT

You can smell it when you open the box. The first sign it's good Dit Da Jow is by its smell, Get the pores open in the area you need it with a steaming hot water soaked towel, dry the area, rub in the jow. This one works, and it uses grain alcohol as its medium, another thing to look for. Any company that uses anything other than grain alcohol doesn't know what they are doing - avoid those companies. This is a good one, don't hesitate to buy if you make your own, or are waiting on yours to ferment and want some in the meanwhile.
