Picked up this product because I was having occasional issues where sometimes my fingernail would separate slightly from the nail bed. And, while I've only been taking a short time, it seems to be helping in this situation, have not had this issue at all since I've been using this supplement and will likely continue taking. Recommended!

I have been. trying them fr 30 days, and I cannot tell you in this short period of time if they are or if they aren't helping. They definitely aren't hurting. They show up in a timely manner, they are filled capsules and are not producing any "dust." My one complaint, they have stopped offering a 30 day supply, and are only available as a 15 day supply. I'm continuing to use, and if I get results -- I'll. be back.

My tendons were starting to tear in multiple joints. The doctors out here overwhelmed understaffed not much help. I know that perimenopause means there's a decrease in estrogen which means there's a decrease in collagen so I thought it would be worth a shot to see if that would help and I'm actually walking without a cane now.
