Used these on my bursitis, on my knee replacement scar and on my forehead when hot! Excellent for all uses. I keep them in the fridge for extra cooling.

I use these for my young son who suffers from migraines. He hates taking medicine and 100% prefers these. Good value for money.

I’ve used strips like these for ages and my kids find them brilliant too, they normally only come in small packs and can be pricey, these are excellent and such good value I’m really impressed! Good for adults and kids

Kept in fridge as stated on box to boost the cold feeling. Place on body and literally stayed cold for less than 5 minutes

They just don't stick. I thought these would be like the Kool'n'soothe just meant for kids and alot cheaper so thought I'd try them and even lying down with it on my forehead it's not stuck on so I can feel the coolness just not enough to make a difference. Their easy to use, don't help with pain relief and just annoying when they just fall off straight away or it's slipping so I keep having to hold it in place which is uncomfortable. I wouldn't say these are good quality or value for money.

I like to use patches like this to help get a headache under control, the cooling helps my hot forehead and eases the pain I get with incoming headaches. I was previously using another brand on here but I couldn't find that brand anymore so settled on these - same diff right? I do however feel these may be better somehow? Just felt colder, kept the cool/tingly feeling longer and all. The smell is strong I will say that, kinda like a herbal, mint, just a "medicine" type smell but I don't hate it. I think it's actually somehow also helpful in the headache relief this patch offers.

Okay, I wasn’t sure how my daughter was going to like these things, but with her being as sick as she is, they’ve been incredible! In fact, when the cooling effect wears off, she’ll ask for another one. They last quite a while and the box comes with plenty. My youngest is now 12, but I wish id known about these sooner. I’m recommending these to everyone who has a sick child. It leaves no residue when you peel it off their foreheads either.

They work well, they stick and don’t rub and fall off easily. Only downside is they are EXTREMELY scented. Like hurt your head after a while from how overpowering the smell is.
