This helped get my life back!
This stuff has been absolutely life changing for me. I've been suffering from perimenopause and I try to avoid pharmaceuticals if at all possible. I first began using wild yam cream and it definitely helped with the severity of my periods but i was still so miserable. Next I began taking magnesium glycinate and my sleep was improving. Right after Thanksgiving I added this exact Myo Inositol to my daily routine and the improvement was so extreme that by Christmas my family and coworkers began commenting positively! I added D3 + K2 to the regime and the only regret is that I didn't find this sooner! I had begun getting terrible migraines that were causing me to miss work and family functions and somewhere along the way, those have mostly vanished. My periods became regulated again and instead of being super heavy for a full week, it's reduced down to one heavy day each cycle. The biggest surprise is that my energy has massively improved and I finally stopped feeling miserable for no reason! I feel normal again! While I do think that all three things I listed have helped, my most obvious and serious improvement came from the Myo Inositol. Keep in mind this is just my own personal experience but I did run this all by my GP when I went for my annual checkup in January. She was pleased and approved these supplements for me but she also made sure to remind me that I should've consulted her beforehand

Gave me nails so good I thought I was pregnant
My fingernails are growing so long and healthy that I had a pregnancy scare. I've always had thin and brittle nails except for when I'm pregnant. So when my nails started looking like I was 14 weeks pregnant I bought a 6 pack of pregnancy sticks and peed on all of them. I am not pregnant (didn't think it was possible since I've had an endometrial ablation and only 1 ovary and am 42 but stranger things have happened). But then I was more confused because if Im not then what's up with the nails?? Welp, did some googling and it's these supplements! So not sure about any changes to my cholesterol nor triglycerides since I've only been taking them for 2 months, but if they're going to give me PREGNANCY NAILS *without* the pregnancy, I'll keep taking them!

Excess Androgen Sufferer's Experience
Surprisingly enough, this actually does stuff. I have PMOS (formerly known as PCOS) and I have too much androgen in my system. So, I've got chin hair, rapid hair growth, doughy mammaries, more rapid muscle growth and density 😉, I am prone to anger, cramps, heavy flows, hormonal acne and I used to have ovarian cysts. I was told by my Gyno that I have two options: hormone replacement or birth control. I did birth control for 7 years, which helped rid me of my cysts, helped it with some of my hormonal acne, and my mammary fluctuations. But I really didn't like being on birth control, none of them felt right except for Seasonique. But, but a period only 4 months out of the year did take it's own toll. And hormone replacement seems extreme for only being 30 years old. So, I went into some lady forums and learned about DIM, Myo Inositol and D-chiro. These had never been mentioned to me before as options and seeing how they impacted other people, I figured I'd try them. Oh yeah, these pills help. These pills definitely do some stuff, let me tell you about it. I have noticed my hair growth being down significantly, my mood is vastly better (depression and anger), my cramps have improved, my acne has improved, my nails aren't completely flaky and useless, my cravings are down, my body can actually retain water, my mammaries have regrown significantly (I can feel the gland having regrown and reshape) and I noticed my monthly cycle had steadied. I am highly impressed with these pills and yet, am now also deeply concerned about the knowledge my gynocologist actually has. This isn't a cure all and I wouldn't even try to pretend it is. BUT - it helps. It does genuinely help if you have PMOS or similar symptoms. If you have been denied diagnosis in the last for PCOS, the requirements for diagnosis have finally changed. Go to your PCP or Gyno and discuss your symptoms ASAP. They can't deny you anymore because you "don't have ovarian cysts". Literally women or people who typically have ovaries or uteruses, that have PMOS are no more likely to have ovarian cysts than non-PMOS suffering persons. But if your Gyno or pcp is like mine, is someone who doesn't know much or cares too much about the accuracy of women's reproductive health, try these. They work for persons who either have too much estrogen or, like me, have too much androgen. This will work to help balance out your hormonal levels and it took about 3 weeks for me to really start seeing how well things worked. I did mention above Dim (dim diindolylmethane), which isn't currently found in this mix, but I would recommend for anyone struggling with acne. Some peoples, like me, with too much androgen may have the opposite effect while taking DIM. So, be cautious if you've got too much androgen, but if you have too much estrogen, definitely try it. It also helps you absorb the myo and d-chiro better, which is mostly why I take it. I also wanted to state, because of my androgen levels, I take 4 pills x2 a day and the DIM 1x daily. My metabolism or body's enzymes are absolute units, because they quickly make anything I take ineffective. This is something I deal with, with most medications and my current dosage has no effect (currently) on my health. Do consult a competent doctor before exceeding the daily recommended dose of 4 pills, sometimes more isn't better. I also, also wanted to mention the hairs on my chin still comes in, but it's finer and regrows slower. Try these out, they may not be miracle cures, but they are more than what some people are given as options. I wish I knew about these sooner, but it seems like women's/uterine or ovarian carrier's reproductive health is not taken seriously by some. Take yours seriously and get evaluated for PMOS, literally today.

Great supplements stack addition
I have consistently used these supplements for a while now. As someone who has symptomatic pcos it has definitely made a might and day different the thing is though you do have to have a consistent routine. You can’t just take one randomly and expect to get results. When taken routinely and as instructed they are definitely worth purchasing and investing in for your supplement stack.

Great supplement for PCOS (ask your doctor!!!)
I got this to supplement for PCOS (PMOS) and I feel it helps. It was delivered promptly and not damaged and it has a lot in it which is great for the price. Definitely consult with a medical professional if you need this but it’s helped me a lot with my mood and energy as someone with lean PCOS. There’s no taste and I started seeing improvement after 2 or 3 consistent doses (2 in am, 2 before bed).

Noticeable cycle and mood changes within 2 weeks. I am honestly impressed.
I have been having hormone swings, mood crashes, and hormonal acne. I have tried many different alternatives to naturally regulate my hormones before taking this, but I have genuinely seen a huge difference after taking this. I have been taking it for about 10-14 days now, and I noticed me mood has been good, especially the week before my period, which is when I normally feel irritable, low energy, cramps, and hormonal acne. My cramps were less painful, and I hardly had a break out! What I have enjoyed the most is that I personally have not had any negative side effects, like nausea. Of course, everyone is different though. It just seemed to level my body and hormones out. If you are struggling with PMS or hormonal acne/mood swings I'd give this a try since it is more natural. I will definitely keep taking it, but speak with your doctor first of course.

Malos repartidores
