Generic Skeleton Key KY-2AB and KY-3AB Antique Brass Plated Hollow Barrel Old Keys for Cabinets, Doors, Cabinets etc

I was so happy that one of the keys was able to open my standup jewelry box!The keys are shorter than the original (lost) key but it had worked.

The media could not be loaded. I restore vintage and antique furniture, and buy this set a few times a year. So far they have worked on every *working* lock. If your lock is broken, these keys will not magically fix it. Yes, if you force the key, it could break, even solid brass would bend and be unusable if you intentionally mess it up. Good idea to oil the locks first if they are older or rusty etc.

I recently inherited a beautiful antique secretary, which I polished, cleaned up and dusted and put in our home only to discover with dismay that I did not have a key for the glass doors, which couldn’t stay closed without being locked. I looked on eBay and antique hardware sites, but couldn’t really identify what characteristics were necessary for the key, and didn’t want to gamble a $50+ non-returnable purchase. I searched on Amazon and found this set and bought it, figuring it was worth a shot. Sure enough, one of the keys for beautifully!! I’m so happy!! Thank you.

Doesn’t fit as described

Saved me from having to open the China cabinet with a screwdriver! Keys seem to be of good quality and the price is reasonable. Most importantly, they worked!

The keys are extremely weak and will break inside of whatever you attempt to use them with. Beyond terrible product, it ruined the lock. Never buy from this brand.

Key great and may use to decorate. Drawback was didn’t fit my door

So happy I saw this skeleton key. I purchased it, and I was able to open this old secretary desk that I bought at auction I looked everywhere for one and was unsuccessful until now. Thanks so much Amazon you came through.
