Just amazing product

It's basically a spiral plastic thread (spiral spring structure). You cut the spiral thread to the desired length and mount it on your ring by rotating it clockwise or anticlockwise. It is not fixed and can rotate on its own as to use your hand. The rotation makes it unscrew and it comes out partially or fully. Hence, not a practical & permanent solution.

This is an inevitable item for me. I wear my wedding ring every single day with the help of this ring adjuster. It serves its purpose perfectly and works really well
