Great deal on older generation Item
Works great for my MacBook. I had an issue at first but Anker support set me straight. Great for charging iphone and pass through charge to macbook on my desk. Happy with purchase.

Pretty great, with minor issues to be aware of
I needed a new hub, and charging for my phone, and this does both jobs pretty well. The only issue I've had is that it didn't have quite enough juice to wirelessly charge my phone AND feed power to my laptop while doing 3D rendering. A 100w model would be great in the future. But for 97% of the time it's done what I needed it to do.

Amazing docking kit for the Valve Steamdeck
Hits all the checkboxes for connectivity, and even provides a SD card slot for extended storage inside the dock.Tested graphics connectivity with display port as well, worked plug and play.

The main feature fails…
The idea behind this dock was very ingenious and really does have a place on everyone’s desk. The problem is that it’s a very poor implementation of the unique wireless charging stand feature. As a dock, it’s very simple and functions well. It fits well on many of my clients customers desks and give them a very usable location for their cellular phone. As for the display connectivity, I wish they would’ve just made it dual HDMI instead of having HDMI/display port. Almost everyone of my clients desks have two monitors with HDMI ports. Having to get a special cable adds a small level of annoyance. The main failure is that they only put one charging ring behind the wireless stand. You have to have a very specifically sized phone for it to actually charge. The iPhone pro max is too tall for where the charger is. I have tried it with other smaller phones and it will work. It’s just a lame implementation for something that I believe would be an incredible unit.

A Thing That Does ALL The Things
I recently added the Anker 651 USB-C Dock to my workspace, and I've got to say, it's been a fantastic addition. This 8-in-1 docking station is not just a piece of tech; it's the central hub that my desk desperately needed. With it, my iPad has been transformed into a full-on desktop workstation, boasting all the connectivity options I could ask for.One of the standout features for me is the Qi-Certified 10W Max wireless charging. It means while it is acting as the hub for all my computing accessories, my phone can sit and catch a charge too. IT charges up my iPad via a usb-c to usb-c cable, which I have stashed just around the back, out of the way. While the product specs mention compatibility with iPhone 13/12 series, I've been using it with my iPhone 14 Pro without a hitch. It just goes to show the flexibility and forward-thinking design of this dock. There's a slight hiccup with a lag when initially turning on my tablet, but it's so minimal, it barely registers as an inconvenience.Size-wise, the Anker 651 strikes the perfect balance. It's compact enough not to dominate my desk space, yet it's mighty in functionality. I couldn't be happier with how it's tied my setup together, making everything more streamlined and efficient. All in all, this docking station has earned a solid 5 out of 5 stars from me. It's a must-have for anyone looking to enhance their desk setup without compromising on space or functionality.

Design flaw, or faulty unit?
The device seems to work rather well for me, as far as I can tell. I do not have the ability to test each of the ports on the device, but I don't really need some of them anyway. What I did notice right away was the fan makes a weird noise where it almost sounds like a repeated clicking, from what I can tell its the fan blades hitting against the grill as the fan spins. If i pinch the unit in specific spots it appears to alleviate the pressure and the fan sounds like it spins faster so I am unsure if the tolerances were too tight when designing the product, or just a faulty fan component. I will be reaching out to the company directly for help but the device just arrived and its a weekend so I can't contact them yet. If I get a replacement device I will update my review. It appears others have experienced noise as well, which is what makes me think this may be an inherent design flaw rather than just a faulty unit.

Missing the USB C cable
Product seems great, it was missing the USB-C cable to connect it to my laptop. I tried using one if mine but I didn't have a 85w USB-C called laying around.
