Used a heat gun to heat the board and the stomp pad before installing. Make sure to clean the board too. Let cure overnight. Had no problems with it other than I wasn't used it being there. 2 successful sessions and its still on. Good for beginners like me that need that extra grip getting off the lift.

Best stomp pad !!! Followed the instructions and it stuck great !!! Waited a few days before going to the mountains and it worked amazing getting off the chairlift !! Made it super easy to spot my snowboard too from the rest after lunch !!!
