Complaint About Severe Hair Damage
I’m contacting regarding the serious hair damage caused by your product. I used it exactly as instructed, and it left my hair extremely weak, broken, and visibly thinned. I have already shared clear photos of the damage with your customer service team, yet I was only offered a refund. A refund alone does not address the harm your product caused. I am requesting a real solution to repair my hair and proper support for the damage I’m now dealing with. Please treat this matter with urgency.

Great hair dye and hold color much better then box dyes. I have used GK Hair for years and will keep using it.

soo good news the color is actually blue, not dark blue or black. The final shade depends on how you mix the dye with the oxygen cream (developer). When you mix the dye with a 20 volume (6%) or 30 volume (9%) developer, using MORE developer than dye will make the color turn out lighter and brighter, BUT ☝️ if you use more dye and LESS developer the result will be darker and deeper. So basically, you control how light or dark the blue looks by adjusting the ratio: -More developer = lighter blue -More dye = darker blue I’ve personally made this mistake so many times and especially after bleaching my hair twice just for it to turn black.
