This product is so wonderful! It warms up the room so well. It also looks very beautiful and realistic. It’s very easy to set up. The background fan noise when I turn on the heater doesn’t bug me at all. The remote control that comes with it doesn’t work, but I use an app on the phone to turn on and off this fireplace unit without any issue. It can be turn on without heat and without crackle sounds. I love using the app to control the electric fireplace. I can turn on and off this fireplace even when I am far from home from the app. There are 3 different crackle sounds that I can choose from the app. This is such a great purchase.

Prompt, undamaged delivery. Well packed ~14lbs box. I have a normal-size, silver-metal-lined fireplace. Flame projections on its walls are VERY NICE. Excellent quality and a great buy for this low-cost product. Does the job of providing a relaxing display, and it takes the chill off the air in our 16" x 20" club room.

The 6' cord was inches from the plug on the right so I had to wrap it around to plug it in on the other side of the fireplace. Works fine and the cord behind the "fire" doesn't get hot at all. Other than that I love it. It gives out heat but to feel it you need to be right in front of it or just let it heat the room. I turn it on every time I go into the family room and it warms the room and atmosphere. At first glance everyone thinks it's real. My grandson loves it. He can touch it and it doesn't burn him.

We wanted to try something like this as an alternative to using our gas / wood burning fireplace around the kids. It always made the house stink and wasn’t safe. This insert is awesome! It’s very well made, and fit perfectly inside our fireplace. When behind a screen - it looks very real. The heat element works great too, a tad noisy on the highest setting - but really adds warmth to the room. If you neatly run the power cord in a color match cord keeper, your friends and family won’t even notice it being plugged in. Great design, smart product and works very well. Having the ability to control it from the remote is the best part too.

We decided to not have our gas heat turned on this winter and opted for a space hater (which I've always been skeptical of cause none have ever heated our house correctly) Let me just say that this heater is the best heater I've ever purchased. We have a three story row home and we put the heater on the middle floor in front of the vent in our living room. I set the temp to 73 on a night that was pretty cold and it heated all of the floors of my house so well that my son thought we had the heat turned on and asked me to turn it down cause his room was too hot. The temps range from 70 - 95F. The remote never worked but to me, there is no need for a remote because you can download the app to your phone and adjust everything from temp to color scheme with the press of a button. I thought I would have to buy two of these but so far this one heater is enough for my entire house. Ive been running it a couple of weeks now and will update my post if it doesn't last all winter. Also, the colors they have for the background are beautiful. You have your choice of different combinations. It has the option to turn on the fake fireplace sounds too. The air blowing out is barely noticeable like a lot of electric heaters. For the price, this is the perfect heater.

Looks so realistic and works great

I have done a lot with the fireplace to make it more fun. It is a good base unit to work with. It is more of a light show than a fire, but then it is electric, and even my Dimmplex doesn't look "real" although it does a good job of trying. However, for the price difference, this will be a good heater with fun lighting. The heater heats well and the box does not get hot at all. The cord length is long. The logs are small but realistic. I like the remote and the different options. It has a decent range, but cannot be used from across the room. I have had a lot of fun making it look more realistic by adding a background, lights, and other features. The price allowed me to make this into an art and of sorts science project. I learned a lot about reflection and refraction.

The media could not be loaded. I have this in my living room. I have a working fireplace, but I’m not a fan of hauling wood in and ashes out. I wanted to utilize the fireplace though, and stumbled upon this in my online searches, which solves both aesthetic and function for me, and everyone who has seen it says it looks very realistic! The heater works so well that even at the lowest setting I have to shut it off sometimes, as it gets so warm in here. You can hear the fan, but it’s like a quiet background noise and not annoying at all, and I hate background noises, so that says a lot. I don’t even hear it unless the TV is off. You can have the heater off and still have the fire on, and you can adjust the fire settings to change things up a bit, which is a neat feature. There is a remote that controls everything too. My only complaint would be that the cord is very short; other than that, five stars all around!

Estuve buscando chimeneas que pudieran calentar mi casa que es muy fría y despues de comparar muchas, me decidí dándole la oportunidad a esta y no me arrepiento. No puedo creer lo mucho que calienta un espacio tan grande. El calor va poco a poco de habitación a habitación. No esperen la potencia de una de gas pero para el tamaño y precio… la mejor compra!Totalmente recomendable

La chimenea está muy bonita, si calienta la habitación aunque es muy grande el espacio si ayuda a quitar la sensación fría y poder estar más cómodo. Es muy relajante observar las flamas que si dan aspecto natural.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this to put in my senior parents' fireplace. Wood is so messy, and switching to a propane insert was too expensive, but they missed the coziness of the the fire. I was skeptical, but this is phenomenal! So realistic it could fool you into thinking it is a real fire. All it is missing is a crackling sound, and it would be perfect.
