When this arrived I was pretty skeptical about what it was really capable of but it really works great the design makes it comfortable to wear , easy to adjust and can be worn over or under a t-shirt, Once this is on you can adjust the amount of support desired simply by pulling the tension straps located on the front of the straps for each side then lift the buckle to loosen the tension the straps that run under your arms the posture corrector pulls your shoulders into the correct position just like it's described I did find that when I first started wearing this I could only wear for it for shorter lengths of time but the more I wear it the longer I can keep it on my problem is my posture has been out of line for so long it's taking some time to correct it but this is working I can see and feel the difference after just a couple weeks of use. Both the materials and workmanship make this something that will last a long time and with regular use it will pull your posture back into alignment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Although According to the chart?
