Excellent for color treated hair. The only time I use it is right after dying my hair. It’s much better than standard conditioners, that leave your hair feeling like a horses tail. And it smells great too.

Flat hair
My very thin hair feels softer and looks shinier, but is flat and has absolutely no volume. I also did not care for the smell.
