Excellent product!
I started giving this to Micky, my 13 year old Border terrier, about 2 weeks ago. He hasn't shown any signs of CCD but since he's been on this I've noticed that he has been sleeping less during the day and spending more time out on the deck and in the yard. He's also been wanting to play ball much more often, something that he has always been passionate about. His older brother, Charlie, did have CCD, something I didn't recognize until he had had it for awhile. I blamed his behavior on cataracts. Restlessness, anxiety, getting stuck in corners. I had never heard of Canine Cognitive Disorder until then and I've had dogs since I was 6. I'm 72 now so I guess I've been lucky. I've had a lot of dogs. Once the vet diagnosed Charlie I started doing research and found Senilife and decided to give it a try. The results were amazing. It gave me my dog back. He lived another 2 years and did well until the very end. I had him for 16 wonderful years. Maybe it would have been longer had I started this sooner, before he started showing so many signs of CCD. So don't wait like I did.

Excellent product!
This was recommended by my Border Collie’s veterinarian when he started showing signs of sun downers and doggie dementia. Within days of giving him this medication he showed drastic improvement. I just clip off the top of the tablet and squirt the liquid into his breakfast and he’s good for the day. It isn’t a “cure” but he has more good days than bad (he’s turning 13 soon). The medication is an affordable way to spend more time with my very much loved dog and ease his anxiety.

Does well with my old pup
My weenie dog is 16, fresh out of a cast, and seemed to be down on life. At a yearly vet check, a new vet mentioned using this for her senior dog and it had really improved. I thought it cant hurt so were about a week in and my doggy who 2 weeks ago wandering behind me lost confused and crying- is back to wanting his snacks, tearing up paper, and being a little rascal. I know his time is drawing shorter but this is much better than his confused demeanor of a few weeks ago. I do give it to him at night with his last meal and he seems to fall asleep soon after.

Inconsistent contents
Inconsistent product. The bottle on the left shows pills darker in color, harder to squeeze the contents out of, and the contents were so potent my dog didn’t want to eat them in her pill pockets she begs for every morning. The image on the right is a bottle that arrived a few days after the one on the left (something with my subscription timing was off). Right side shows what we are used to giving her, normal red color, easy to get out, hardly a smell and the dog likes it. Only been using the product a month or so and I’m not sure it’s improved much, but was willing to see what a few more months looked like. Now idk because clearly this isnt something that is consistent and regulated. I tried to return the one box or get a refund and it’s non refundable too. Guess I’ll just toss that money away since I don’t feel comfortable giving my dog anything from that bottle.

Great product, beware of expiration date
Our vet recommended this product for our 10 year old schnauzer mix which has started showing signs of dementia, he has shown great response since taking it . The only negative thing I discovered and I'm not sure how impacting it is but upon receiving 4/26 we noticed that it was dated to expire 8/26. I would really prefer to have at least a much fresher product even though it's a 30 day supply. But, it does work !!

IMPORTANT! Please read to the end
I was initially going to give this product 5 stars…until yesterday. And I’m only dropping down to 3 stars since I’m unsure of the exact reason for what I’m about to tell you. For the past 8 months, my14-year-old Chihuahua had been exhibiting signs of dementia by barking incessantly and staring into the void. My research to help him led me to this product. He’s been taking the supplements since September of 2025 and within about three weeks, my family and I could see a marked improvement. He was less agitated, more alert, playful, and just generally in a good mood. Because he’s a little guy, every morning I melt his heart pill in water (taken for 4 yrs with no issues), squeeze in the Senilife, and administer with a dropper. Well yesterday, for some reason I decided to squeeze the Senilife directly into his mouth before I gave him his heart pill. Almost immediately I detected that he was agitated so I put him on the floor where he began going in circles, barking and later in the day, staring into space and not wanting to eat. I was finally able to give him his heart pill but it was clear that there may have been an issue with the Senilife because the only difference was the way in which I administered it. This morning he’s a little better but I’m still noticing some issues from yesterday that aren’t quite as severe. I’m not completely blaming it on the product because he is a senior dog and things can change on a dime. But in my head I can’t assign this event to any other thing. And one last thing. Yesterday morning, before the incident, I had already planned on contacting the Senilife vendor to ask why some of the supplements squeezed out in a light caramel color and other times it’s a dark coffee color. Is this normal? Anyway, I’m not giving my pup this supplement any longer and searching for a new one.

It works!!!
We have a 16 year old puggle that is blind, deaf and now suffering from dementia. She is always stressed and confused and cries constantly if I am not with her. When I asked the vet for medicine to help keep her calm at night and when I need to leave the house, she recommended this product. I purchased it with a very skeptical mind, but I have to tell you - IT WORKS! In a very short amount of time, I noticed that our dog was not disoriented anymore. She started navigating our home much better and sleeping better too! This product is easy to use - I just snip off the end and squeeze it over her food at night. She does not appear to mind the taste - so success! We have been using this product consistently for the last 6 months and it is like night and day. I highly HIGHLY recommend it!

Definitely worth trying for your older dog!
My vet attended a 2 day seminar on treatment of "geriatric" dogs and said the seminar could have been distilled to a 15 minute presentation that said the only product on the market that has been proven to have any significant impact on senility in dogs is Senilife. I have a 16 year old cairn terrier who has been declining for the past year, and i decided to give this a try. Prior to starting on the Senilife, he had lost all signs of friskiness and enthusiasm for food and his movements were very slow. He frequently exhibited signs of dementia (confusion, not knowing where he was, etc.) After a couple of weeks on the Senilfe, he started bouncing around periodically and seemed to regain some of his previously vibrant personality. Don't get me wrong--he is still 16 and sedentary 90% of the time, but he just seems happier and more comfortable in his skin. He even runs in the backyard occasionally, which i hadn't seen him do in at least a year. So I believe this has returned a noticeable degree of quality of life, and i couldn't be happier. He recently had a complete blood workup (after 6 weeks on Senilife) and his bloodwork was great, so i don't think it's having any invisible negative effects. If your dog is going through similar life changes, it's worth a try. Update 1/6/13: I think Senilife gave my baby boy an extra 6-9 months of decent quality of life. He's gone, but the Senilife i got for him has benefitted another elderly dog. I gave it to a friend to try on her 15 year old Jack Russell who had the same signs of dementia and loss of vibrancy that my dog had. She can't believe how much he has improved since being on the SL--keeps telling me he's acting like a puppy again! So while i don't think Senilife will postpone the inevitable, it does a wonderful job of restoring quality of life in your dog's last years. Try it--you have nothing to lose. I'm a believer. By the way, i was able to find the Senilife from a Canadian pharmacy for a lot cheaper--i think it was $60 for a 90 count bottle. Google it.
