I’ve had this for a year and it’s been great.Did have one issue with the battery not holding charge. After some quick testing, customer service offered to send me a new one free of charge.Thanks iScooter for the great customer service!

The media could not be loaded. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PRODUCT!The iScooter arrived quickly; however, it did not work. Unpacking and assembly were very easy.The scooter does not initialize. The power supply has been verified to be good, but the scooter will either not take a charge, or the control module won't work.I contacted customer service by email as they requested in the User Manual and included the attached video. The customer service has not been helpful or provided any solution for how to move forward. They have only asked me if the power supply is working, which from the video, you can see that it does. It has been three days, and I still don't have any response from them that offers a way to move forward. The message I received was translated from somewhere in China, so it is likely not their priority.

This is a great scooter for the money ($399 on sale)! I'm a bigger guy; so, the speed & range for me is not as advertised (18 MPH & 12 miles). The included front fanny pack is super convenient and useful! I was surprised at what I could actually fit in my scooter's little fanny pack! Customer service is awesome! They even sent me a free U-lock for the scooter that works perfectly! Overall, I would recommend the scooter to everyone!update: the other day I wrecked the scooter in the middle of the road and almost got ran over by a car and turned into Christopher Reeve but I did not so I do believe that this scooter makes you invincible so I definitely have to give it five stars now

My I-scooter was purchased in February of 2023. The Mileage range says 22 miles but I live in Atlanta where there are hills so I have only been able to get a solid 11 miles tops, luckily it was enough to ride to work, charge and then return home and charge again for the next day. Note : I think that should be made clear in the manual and online advertising. I was also careful not charge the scooter until it cooled off and not to overcharge it over 12 hours. I noticed that during the summer the battery would heat up and the scooter would slow down about 15 minutes into my route so I would turn it off to cool off for 5-7 minutes and then cut it back on where it would resume its normal speed. In the winter there is no issue with the battery over heating because it gets very cold here. This particular model would be perfect for flat cities like Miami, Houston, Phoenix, Mesa etc but not cities with same terrain as Atlanta such Cincinnati; Albany, New York; Athens, Texas; Ellicott City, Maryland etc. The scooter has a great application that allows you to track the miles, temperature of the battery and quick lock mode which prevents someone from riding off with the scooter. The scooter does not have shocks which I recommend for side walks, pumps or small cliffs but their newer and more expensive models do. I purchased the scooter to get back and forth from work which has been a money saver in a large traffic jammed city where public transportation isn't as quick and efficient as New York or London. I have been able to ride to work in 30 minutes compared to 60 -70 minutes on public transportation ( train and bus ). I love the height of the handle bars, the smooth ride on bike lanes, the cruise control and the 4 hour charge. My scooter started making loud noises about 8 months of riding it and I reached out to Asurion the warranty company on September 1st, shipped it off and I have been in limbo ever since. I want to upgrade from my current 500 watt I-scooter to a 800 watt i-scooter with shocks by purchasing it soon but until I get the current one back It wont make sense to purchase from the same company until my first one is returned. I plan to use current scooter that's getting repaired to ride when the newer one needs charging.

I weigh 190lbs and have used this almost on a daily basis since I've purchased this. Like others have mentioned, this does not reach advertised range. I was sent a new battery which only gave me a few more blocks range, but that's it. Also, what others have said about the brakes are also true. I have to begin deceleration well before any intersection to avoid possibly slamming into a car. I tolerated that because this is my means of commute.But the kicker...IT SNAPPED IN HALF WHILE RIDING IT!!! I WAS AT A COMPLETE STOP AT A RED LIGHT, AND WHILE ACCELERATING, IT BROKE!!! I WAS IN MOTION!!!! AND PERHAPS THE INITIAL ADRENALINE RUSH DID NOT ALLOW ME TO FEEL PAIN, I AM NOW EXTREMELY SORE.Imagine being jerked off a moving set of wheels with no control of where you're landing. There have been one or two issues with it, but iScooter's customer service has been wonderful (diligent, responsive, etc) in making sure they resolve them. I appreciate the communication and their amazing scooter! I use it on a daily basis and absolutely love it for my commute to and from school. I live in NYC and needed something to shorten the commute. So glad I picked this scooter for that. Great value for your money!

Extremely fast shipping very easy to asseble now keep in mind this is the fourrth scooter I have purchased, the other three were sent back due to various issues that rendered them inopperable so I was getting a little gun shy, it arrived with a full charge so I was off to traverse the streets of San Francisco. This scooter is very quick and sturdy and seems to be well made, but I was never able to achieve a speed of 21 mph or 19 mph, 17 was the max so far and it slowed to 9 - 11 mph climbing the hills of the City. So far I am finaly satisfied. But this is only day one, who knows what tommorow will bring.Tomorrow brought satisfaction, it holds a charge for all the places I have had to go to. I would buy this scooter again and I recommend it to you if you are looking for a dependable vehicle. I'm finally Satisfied!
