My favorite asymmetric game
I’m am a life-long gamer and Dragon Ball fan and am connected to the industry as a games lawyer, and this is the most fun I’ve ever had with an online multiplayer Dragon Ball game. The game isn’t perfect — there’s a steep learning curve and the game is a million times better with a friend (you’ll want someone you can rely on in a pinch to rescue you and fight by your side), but it has it where it counts — it’s incredibly fun to play once you get the hang of the mechanics and it captures what it feels like to fight alongside Z warriors against incredibly powerful foes. The trailers emphasize stealth and hiding, but the most fun aspect of this game is powering up and going in for an attack with your teammates! I have remained addicted since launch and I strongly recommend people give this game a chance.
