I use these to help support and secure my surgical j tube. Just be careful with the velcro it likes to stick to many things like on a coat or something. Sizing is good, I have no issues. I bought some white ones previously and its the same set up and don't recommend as tubes and white do not mix. I wish they came in a pack of two or something. this is my second time buying these and the first time they had a discount save 10 percent on 2. Yes, there pricey as I bought 4 but it keeps tube secured 24 7 so im willing too pay it.

My Dad just got his PEG tube on the 15th of February and I had already ordered the little circular pads to protect his skin. On the page with those, they showed other products that might come in handy. These belts were among the selections. I read the reviews and the description from the company. While these belts are not needed, they make things much easier. The slit in the back makes sure the tubing stays straight and the small pouch protects the tubing from being tugged around as well as keeping it from just dangling.ETA: The slit is so tight in the back that it pinches the tube. I cut a small notch in it so its got like a tiny square for the tube and now the tube is not clamped when we need it.He was worried to even let our dogs in his lap before these belts came and he said its made all the difference. They made him feel more confident that he has the protection he needs. For that alone, I would advise anyone getting one of these tubes to purchase 2 of these belts. That way you can wash one and still have the other to use.

My husband just got his PEG feeding tube 2 days ago and we pulled the surgical tape off today. I knew we needed something to secure the tubing and found this option. Thankfully it was delivered today and we have a black one coming tomorrow. The pouch is the perfect size to secure everything and the velcro allows alot of flexibility in securing the belt. Additionally, this item came with a Get Well card and a prayer that brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for the extra compassion in this trying time.
