They offered to send me another set (I'd already ordered 3 more myself, don't need it), and their contact was all about them--'send us a picture to show the manufacturer (I did & it's attached here showing the wire poking out), ship it back to us (no), update your review and make it more favorable (okay, yes out of fairness, but grudgingly)'. So at least they contacted me and offered a replacement.When I want to put my hair up in a hurry, I LOVE these Beverly Hills Hair Twists. They're quick, they're easy, they're cute. They are well-structured and easy to fasten. However... after just a few uses, the wire starts poking out one end, and it's very visible and unattractive. I'm not going to continue using one with wire sticking out.So why am I ordering more? I can't find anything like them elsewhere. There are some poor imitations, which don't fasten well if at all. These are worth the irritation of poor QC to shell out the money and keep ordering.
