Taste great and a good price
Exactly what I was looking for. About a 1/4 of the pieces were broken, but who can control how many hands are involved in getting the product to you? Taste great also. Will buy again.

Spangler Candy Canes - Oops!
Spangler has always been a good source of candy canes. This order failed. This package says that it contains 240 mini canes. I noticed there were some that were broken, so I investigated further. The shipping box that it came in from Amazon was in perfect condition upon arrival - no dings or dents. I began separating broken from unbroken candy canes. When I finished I was appalled so I counted each pile. There was a total of 232 canes in the box (yep, short a few). There were 109 unbroken ones, but there were 123 that were broken. Some were the typical break in the crook of the cane - I would expect to see a few of these. In this case, many of the broken ones were shattered into many little pieces. I took a photo of several of them - these were among the 'better' of the broken ones. I have a seasonal job from about Thanksgiving to Christmas where I sit and talk with many people (most of them children) and I would not be able to use these to give a small something to a child.

Great “Off-season” Buy!!
Great to be able to get year round! My granddaughters very favorite sweet treat is candy canes, but trying to find them in stores after Christmas is not likely. Finding these online allowed us to give her a great birthday surprise months after Christmas. They arrived in great shape… (I was concerned they’d all be broken) and we could choose from several quantity sizes. Happy Granddaughter!

Good quality
Quite a few were broken, but overall the quality was high and I believe they were as well packed as they could. Tastes the same broken or whole and I don’t think the kids really care

These candy canes are perfect for my needs. I purchased them in bulk so I could share them with the students that come into the library at our small school. A candy cane and a Christmas bookmark for everyone as they leave school for the holidays, just a little treat to show I love them!
