Do you need to put icepack on a towel?

I didn’t keep this one because it was too small but I have a similar one. It does not sweat so you don’t need a towel.

Does the pack sweat with condensation as the ice melts?

I have use this ice pack consistently for two months as I recover from foot surgery. Each time, I use it for 20 minutes and there is no sweating or condensation that forms on the outside of the ice pack - at least not for that duration.

Does it come with the bandage compress strap?

No strap is included. It is a very nice ice pack however.

Can i add water to it and freeze directly?

Don't see why you couldn't, but make sure you don't feel it too full because when water freezes and expands. I've never done it so I don't know if it'll work or not.

Fantastic quality and so easy to use

This ice pack is the best I have ever used (nurse) it is easy to use robust material that does not leave condensation on the skin it is flexible and can fit around any joint easy to fill and although not advertised freezes inbetween use - it is so easy to use - the large size is brilliant for a man’s knee size wise - thank you

Great if you suffer from migraines.Small and compact design - not bulky at all.Very soft and skin friendly.Add ice and water if you like.Quality materials and good seal to keep water in.Flexible as you can use with warm water as well.

Surprisingly, a really good buy!

I was surprised how comfortable this was when I first used it. The quality is good a d feels like it will be part of the family for year to come. I was always a gel pack uses until I started to get knee pain which the standard gel pack just don't wrap around well. This works really well, and I highly recommend using this when you have sore/tired eye, it is very relaxing a d refreshing.

Wish I had bought one earlier!

very good - better than an ice block wrapped in a teatowel as it moulds to your knee/ankle/shoulder. depending on the room temp will keep ice cold for at least an hour. Use for 15-20 mins at a time and pop back in the freezer to use later. This way if you buy a bag of ice it will last a few days. Wish I had bought one of these earlier. Simple but clever idea.

Super Quality

Absolutely brilliant little ice pack. I had a hydrocortisone injection for tennis elbow and was told by my Dr to ice pack it every day. 2 weeks on and using this twice a day, I am pain free. Brilliant quality, leak free and works well. Instructions are on the box but frankly, what’s to know…put in ice, a drop of cols water and screw down the top.

Great value but one leaks through the cloth

This pack of three ice packs is great value and the packs have water tight, screw on lids. Sadly one of the packs I received is unusable. The medium size, leaks water through the material. Hence the reduction in stars.
