We mounted this stuff in the tree where the mourning doves love to sit and continuously poop in our pool. We left it up for about 6 weeks. They ONLY thing it repelled was US. It didn't bother the birds one bit from day one. But the smell to us was horrible. Very strong grape-ish chemical smell. Clogged up our sinuses and caused headaches. It may have been worth it if it had repelled the birds. But it did not.

I am using multiple decoys to keep the birds away from building nests in my outdoor structure and pooping all over my furniture. I think this actually works. When one of my decoys stopped working (and it may have stopped working solely for one type of bird), I bought this and a motion detector, and the birds are gone. So you may need something else other than just this. You need to buy the container that this items rests in. The grape smell is not remotely offensive. I'd definitely recommend this product.

With all the positive reviews on this product I thought I would give it a try followed all directions and you can actually smell the scent of grapes surrounding the area which is supposed to repell the birds unfortunately the birds like the smell and I find them sitting on the dispenser and bringing along their family members waste of time energy and money

I had hundreds of birds in the yard again. I had one but it needed a refill near my garden spot. So I ordered a couple extra ones because there were so many birds. I put them out yesterday and today I only saw like two birds all day long. I saw them in the pasture next to my yard but not in my yard. I love it. If I walk by the unit I get a faint grape smell which smells good and no birds eating my produce.

It doesn't work real well on robins.

Had Pigeons coming into my Garage every time I opened the door. So placed it just outside the door only about a foot off the ground and when I open the door this morning they were gathered around the Bird Be Gone, then started to come in my garage. DOES NOT WORK

I am so thrilled that I found this product! Tons of common barn birds moved in and were pooping all over my barn. I tried bird gel, reflective strips, a decoy owl and bird spikes to deter the birds - nothing worked. I bought this as a last ditch effort and HALLELUJAH! IT WORKED! No more birds nesting in my barn!!

First off, I ordered this product on March 29 and a month and half it shows up after saying it delivered a week after I ordered it. Second, I ordered the dispenser and 2 cartridges and I only received the two cartridges. So useless to me. So my husband said let’s just open the cartridges up and see if it works….not.
