This is a quick and bit quirky story about Sterling Sprouse and Savannah Moore.Sterling is a pitcher on a minor league baseball team in Indianapolis. He is successful where he is, makes good money, has set himself up so that he will be able to support himself if something happens but he does not think the Major League will be knocking on his door, but still wishes they would. He also has a major reputation as a ladies' man, or more like lady-pleaser. But he is also hiding a secret that only his twin sister Sky knows about. Yep he is a virgin but the only woman he really wants is his Savannah.Savannah is a sous-chef at a fancy restaurant in Indianapolis. She likes her job, as she loves to cook and also because he chef allows her to be creative and move her schedule around a bit. Savannah's father is Coach Moore for the minor league baseball team in town. She is also very good at baseball, bonding with her father over it since she was little, as her older brother Ranger was not into sports. Savannah does have one crush on a player, Sterling. She knows he would never look at her that way, because she is the coach's daughter and also because she is Ranger's little sister, since he is Ranger's best friend since they were kids. But she can still day dream and maybe a bit more.When the opportunity for Sterling and Savannah to finally get together they literally jump at it and on each other. Things are very satisfying for both of them and it looks like they are on the way to a HEA. But there are still the little matter of her father and brother, and then someone leaks Sterling's secret to the press which leads to the wrong conclusion, hurt feelings, misunderstanding, and more. But when Savannah does something for Sterling he realizes just what he wants and it is her. Now he will just have to convince her of it.This is a fun, sweet and at time funny story which had an interesting story-line. I liked the relationship between Savannah and Sterling as they were sweet together. I did roll my eyes a few times at some of the ludicrous things that happened, I also wanted to kick Sterling really hard a few times. But this was an enjoyable read and it should be an interesting series.

This is a really really short book. It is a freebie too so you can’t beat that! Sterling is a big ladies man, but he has a big secret about that. The fact that Savannah is not only his best friend’s little sister but his coaches daughter was awesome. I love both those tropes sooooo much. It was a really good book for being as short as it was. So if you are just looking for a really quick read I would recommend this one.

This is actually a round up. I’d give it 2.5 stars. It’s pretty sappy but it was good enough to finish, so I’ll give it three. Sterling and Savannah actually make a cute couple. A little drama, a little heat and an HEA.

Wonderfully sweet sports romance that has all the forbidden love inside! Best friend’s sister, boss’s daughter, totally off limits. But Sterling has loved Savannah from afar for long enough and hopes that sharing his secret will bring them together. Love the way they love each other!

Savannah and Sterling have everything -- family, reputation, and expectations -- lined up to stop them, but together they make it through to reach their HEA. Neither is brave enough to admit their feelings until the villain, a skank so bad she makes my tablet stink, forces their hand. Once they come out, they find the obstacles only existed inside their own heads.

3.5-4🌟starsFor me this was a light, short read with lightning pace development of a romance between minor league baseball hottie Sterling and his coach's daughter although they have known each other in passing for a while.The twist about Sterling's lack of experience seemed a bit oddly played. The intro to Sterling from his POV makes him seem like he's considering a hook-up with a ball bunny and it would not necessarily be the first time. Coming from his own thoughts, considering the following scene with Savannah, it just seems inconsistent. Apart from that, it's a dream, low angst pairing with some steamy action and a happy ending.

Sterling and Savannah are both attracted to each other, but for anything to happen, they would have to let each other know. Sterling is worried about Savannah discovering his secret, and Savannah is worried about Sterling’s reputation. After all, everyone knows he is a player. Will Sterling and Savannah ever talk about their attraction, and what is this secret that Sterling is hiding? If you like short, steamy reads, you might enjoy this story.

His First Time is a quick and easy read with some spice and drama. Sterling is a semi-pro baseball player who has a thing for the coach's daughter, who also happens to be the younger sister of his best friend. Off limits? You could say so. He's got a reputation as a womanizer - which is true to an extent... but will everything change once his secret comes out? Will a vengeful woman ruin his chance at happiness? You won't have to wait long to find out!

Great read. The author really draws the reader into the story. I really enjoyed reading Savannah and Sterlings story, it's sweet, sexy, steamy and romantic. If you want a short read with romance, hot and funny moments, read this one. Will definitely be pre-orderain’t the next book in this series and by this author. Happy reading everyone!!
