Charge your TENS 24 for over a night / 12hrs for the first time you received. 2. Snap the pad cables' outputs to the cables and put the cables into the device. 3. Put the pads on your body. 4. Turn on the device and select a mode based on your target body area. 5. Adjust the intensity level using the '+' and '-' buttons. 6. Set the timer for 10 to 60 minutes using the 'T' button. 7. Press and hold the 'T' button to lock the keys and prevent accidental changes in settings. 8. Once done with one channel, switch to the other channel for treating different parts of your body. 9. After use, detach the pads and store the device in the cover case for protection. Safety Warning [Predicted] Avoid use on broken skin, open wounds, or areas with decreased sensation. **Q: How can I start my TENS 24?**
A: - Be sure that your TENS 24 is off. - Snap pad cables’ outputs to the pads. - Connect the pad’s cables to the device. - Place the pads on your body. - Turn on your TENS 24. - Select a mode. - Set the time. - Increase the intensity.

**Q: I set everything as it must be and the device’s lights on but I cannot switch modes or intensity, Why?**
A: Please check your TENS 24 screen. If there is a “key” sign, your device is in key-locked mode. To unlock this mode, please press and hold a few seconds on the “T” button.

**Q: All the lights on, but my device is not working, Why?**
A: TENS 24 has specific safety features. Before turn it on; -Please unplug if it's charging. -Please check if all pads are snapped well with the cables or cables are not fully inserted into the device. -Make sure if all pads are stuck well on the body.

**Q: A channel is working but B channel is not working. How can I activate them at the same time?**
A: Please be sure that both of the pad cables are in the place. Also, be sure that all 4 electro pads are stuck well on the body. Once you’re done adjusting the A channel mode and intensity you can switch B channel by the A/B button and do the settings.

Wonderful product. I haven't used it yet, but it is a very impressive looking device. The extras included in the package is definitely a HUGE PLUS!!! I highly recommend it if you're considering purchasing. It also comes with a lifetime warranty, details are included in the manual and instructions materials.
