This is an excellent product, providing a good amount of curcumin and other ingredients to reduce inflammation.The brand has priced these at £13.50/bottle - still a good price compared to most similar products from other brands.Each capsule contains 385mg of turmeric standardised to 95% Curcumin, plus 15mg of Bioperine and 100mg of Ginger to enhance bioavailability.For 22p/capsule, this is a good dosage which will effectively reduce symptoms of inflammation, but there are some brands out there with lower prices for similar dosages.For myself and my family, who all take this, we suffer from both typical age related joint issues and inflammatory diseases, and Curcumin does help a lot with our symptoms.It is very noticeable for myself if I either stop taking Curcumin or take a low dosage, and this product seems to be on par with our go-to brands, so I definitely recommend it if you need an affordable source of the supplement.

Well produced and presented. Easy to swallow without aftertaste. As for their effectiveness, that's harder to determine. I was taking curcumin turmeric leading up to trying these and haven't noticed any change so I suppose I could say they're as effective as the turmeric I was already taking, which was working ok. It offered a mild reduction in pain symptoms. Father in law has always swore by the health benefits of tumeric, him being a runner and cyclist he uses it for the imflammatory and antioxidant purposes (others use it for arthritic relieving properties). The capsules are tumeric and black pepper. Black pepper also contains antioxidants and imflammatory properties, but also gives you the maximum health benefit out the turmeric as its active ingredient, piperine helps you absorb more of the curcumin- turmerics active compound. Its serving size suggests to take 1-2 daily. They are quite large in size, but still goes down easily enough without the dreaded feeling they will get stuck. This pot has 60 capsules, so could last you 30-60 days, depending on how many you decide to take. They are also suitable for vegetarian and vegans and they are also gluten and dairy free, so a perfect all rounder.
