I am a baby boomer and my skin needs all the help that it can get. I received Dr. Dennis Gross's Alpha Beta 3-Easy Step Kit. Extra Strength Daily Peel. A daily Peel for 30 days.It also includes a cleansing gel. Make sure you use about a drop because if you use too much you will really suds up too much. This Gel will last forever.Then It has the moisturizer and I have to do like 4 little pumps to get enough for full coverage. The moisturizer does moisturize very well. I have been using going on two weeks.The Peel Has a step one and two. At first, when I used it, it did irritate me very little Then I started using it every other day as instructed. After a week I started using it daily. I use it in the mornings daily. First I cleanse the skin then apply peel number one then wait two minutes and then do Step 2 which soothes hydrates and visibly replenishes. Now I would say in the first week I thought it darken some of my skin. however, as the day are going by the skin is looking a lot better. I have discolored skin or an uneven tone. This has helped me so much. After applying those two steps I will apply their moisturizer. I am still finishing this up and I will come back. However, right now it is helping with the discoloration and adding moisture back to the skin. Also, my makeup goes on smoother.

This set includes cleanser, packets for exfoliation/peel, and a serum. My favorite is the serum as it feels velvety going on my skin. You cleanse, then use packet 1 over your face, wait 2 minutes, and then use packet 2. Finally, you use the serum.The only thing I don't care for is the waste of the little tissue cloths. It's difficult for me to use all of it on my face so I apply it to my neck and chest and hands so I suppose that's a bonus. But I do hate filling the landfill with more 'stuff' so I wish there were a better way to do the exfoliation/peel thing--I didn't pay attention when ordering or I'd likely not have ordered this set for that reason.The serum is in a small tube but a little goes a long way. This didn't irritate my sensitive skin, so far.It's only with time and consistent use to see how it will work so hard to comment on that right now. As for experience, other than having to toss tissues, it's a nice set that's easy and convenient to use.

The peel pads in this are one of the first peel products I ever tried many many years ago. It is a great beginner peel because it is gentle and works very well over time to exfoliate, brighten, and clear up acne. I was getting into peels at the time due to melasma and with about a month of using the peel pads, sometimes slacking off and not using every day, I could tell a difference in my skin, particularly with the lightening of my melasma spots and overall brightening. I didn't use the other products at that time... and they may not even have existed then, tbh. My results were simply from the peel pads. So, over the years it has become a trusty rusty and I always have some on hand. I've moved on to stronger peels but sometimes use these type in between or for maintenance, end of summer/beginning of fall when I'm ramping back up into my peel routines after not using them in the summer because of sun exposure. So, the peel pads are definitely effective while not being able to cause actual skin peeling off. It is more of a gradual overtime time. They exfoliate but not in an extreme way to where your skin is hanging off your face such as with a stronger peel.As for the cleanser and moisturizer, I gave those to my daughter because she goes through cycles of cystic acne. I don't have that issue so we kind of split the set. The cleanser is nice and does make a difference on its own even with the peels and vice versa. It took her redness down almost immediately.It is a really nice little set because you get to try out the various products before committing, but to really see the results of the peel you'll want a larger supply of those because it takes a little longer to see the results from it, but the benefit of that is that it won't make your face too angry with you or get too irritated such as stronger peels can.
