Has provided relief on multiple occasions
Love this product. Has helped so much. I have an 1100 watt microwave. To be honest, we heat it for 25 seconds...it doesn't stay warm unless heating that long. It's not too hot where it would burn my son. I know they say "don't heat for longer than 20 seconds"...with that said, test it yourself. Is it the cure all, no, but I would say to any new parent, GET IT.

Effective and adorable
Seems to have helped my 3 week old immediately, would definitely recommend. She is able to pass her gas much easier after using this without as much fussing and strain.

Great for the price
Stays warm for a while after heating it up! It helps his belly discomfort when we need it. It also helps with milk let down if you dont have a heated massager! He has enough room to use it as he grows. The heat pack inside is great quality and can hold up pretty well.

This has been really helpful for my baby’s tummy discomfort. The gentle warmth seems to soothe him and help with gas, especially during fussy moments. It’s soft, easy to use, and comforting without being too hot. Definitely a nice little helper to have on hand for those tough times!

Works Well but Not Durable
The product is generally useful and the heating effect works well and provides relief. However, the Velcro came off after a short time, which was disappointing in terms of durability. I expected it to be more sturdy. It’s okay for short-term use, but not very durable for long-term use.

Hot and cold pack amazing
Love love love this. Got it from a relative for our baby and had to buy one for a friend of ours who was also having a baby. We love the fact it can be hot or cold. Size is perfect and designs are super cute. 10/10 recommend this. Wish we could give more stars for this. We use it for both our baby and our toddler
