They are a great exercise band--very durable and have varying resistance--but I wanted multiples of one weight resistance band; not bands of varying resistance in one package.

These bands are amazing. My son is a very serious athlete and he uses the bands to increase his leg strength and explosiveness when sprinting and shooting a soccer ball. The bands are very durable, and don't feel cheap at all even though there price is very low. They also come in extremely nice packaging with instructions and a very nice carrying bag. The bands range in tension from very low tension to extremely high tension and so whether you are a person looking to get into working out or an athlete looking to take their game to the next level, these bands will be perfect for you

I thought I was purchasing the same bands I used at PT but these bands are a bit longer which makes them less useful to me now that PT is complete. If they were a few inches shorter they would be great - or longer and then I could double them up. They are very sturdy and will last a long time - just not getting to use them as I had hoped.

These are absolutely great resistance bands! Its hard to find heavier bands that aren't super expensive. These are a great price for what you get. I bought the pro bands which goes up to 60lbs. This is the second set I have purchased. My first set is still holding up and in great shape even tho they get used almost every day. I bought my second set for travel. They work great and are small and light enough to carry around. The bag that it comes with isn't the greatest, but I'm not buying them for the bag. I would recommend these to anyone looking for good resistance bands that don't start at 5lbs (the lightest starts at 20lbs). I would buy these again and again and suggest you to try them.

I wanted more options for working out at home without taking up too much room. These bands are perfeft. There are loads of videos on YouTube to try out.I just do not like that after 2 months I already see a small rip in one of the bands.

These are definitely a good purchase for the price. They are durable and get the job done. However, I really think it’s worth investing in better bands. They move and slide and roll up A LOT during workouts. They aren’t bad but I would purchase a different set if I could.

This product does what it says it will do, it is a good addition to any workout routine. Everything came included as advertised. The e-book goes to your e-mail (that's on file with amazon). I like that there are different resistant bands, making it easier to increase the workouts, and that the instructions are easy to follow, leading to great workout suggestions. Great product.

I bought this kit for doing some stretching especially when working with the computer. Standing up and using a band on my legs after been sitting for a while makes a great relief and to not lose tone or have my legs falling asleep. Had a back injury 6 years ago, now fully recovered but have to be making sure that my posture is always correct, etc. So this now complements my exercise routine. They do look well made and durable, let's see how they last in the next months.
