You get what you pay for!
I love these bulbs. The price is higher, but well worth the quality: long lasting, reliable light. I tried a cheaper “blue bulb” and lost a ballast to it (see my review for a cheaper blue bulb here on Amazon.com). I bought a new ballast and and switched back to Hortilux, and my plants and I are much happier. The cost/benefit makes it well worth the additional cost!

These bulbs r off the chain. They love it. Use it through veg first 3 weeks of flip then switch th hortilux Super HPS bulb to finish flower out

Big bulb
Looks very promising compared to its younger 400 watt brother. The size reminds me of a refurbished 1000watt to me, meaning its pretty big, but not over sized. CAnt wait to try it, specification says optimal usage with magnetic ballast, so I pairing them up with hortilux 600w gold ballast for a test trial.
