We contacted the company and they send a new one immediately. Then when it was finally ready to be turned on, it did not work. We were very worried as living in the caribbean we cannot return products (the shipping costs more than the products), and the date for return had passed. We called the company and explained everything. To our shock, they apologized and said they would send another one out immediately. They continued to apologize for everything we went through. This company absolutely stands behind their product. They were excellent to work with. As for the washer itself. It has been amazing. Our friend owns a bar and he spent 6 hours pressure washing the walls and floors. The machine worked exceptionally. It had the perfect pressure and was easy to handle. We absolutely would recommend this product. The company is excellent to work with if there are problems. That in itself is worth buying their products. Definitely a great product. Review: Pedal popped off on 2nd use - I got to enjoy it for one full use. On 2nd the foot pedal popped off mid job. No Karcher residential pressure washer provides for continuous flow and like a lawn mower, the unit will stop if you are not hands-on. Please avoid modifying or adding a part to hold the trigger gun in the on position. **Q: Will this unit fit a stanley shp2150 with quick release fitting?** A: It should. It’s a standard quick release fitting fit my Troy **Q: Did your unit leak from the water hose connection, did you have to purchase an adapter? From research, it seems this is almost a universal problem.** A: Hello from Karcher - Most all pressure washer brands use similar garden hose quick connectors. Where there is a water leak right out of the box, first check that the garden hose connector to the pressure washer may be reversed as they all can be installed in reverse and will leak as a result. Which is too bad, cause the sprayer itself is nice, but they went cheap on the pedal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well thought out design *by K***R on April 21, 2024* I purchased this to replace my 2800psi gas powered pressure washer. While this only put out 2300 psi it’s still powerful enough for my application. I basically just use it for the concrete driveway and sidewalks. I have a 15” surface cleaner with wheels and a turbo nozzle that I kept from my old gas washer. While the 2300psi isn’t enough to levitate the stainless steel surface cleaner it seems to do an adequate job. This machine comes with three spray nozzles and a turbo nozzle. The turbo doesn’t have a wide of a concentric spray pattern as my old one but I found it to be sufficient enough for cleaning the edges of the driveway before using the surface cleaner. It was very easy to assemble and no tools were needed other than a wrench to tighten hose fitting. It comes with a 35ft GFCI protected cord and a 25ft kink resistant hose. I was hoping that the hose would have a fitting on both ends because I wanted to use my after market 50 ft hose but one end is connected internally to the machine. The hose stores nicely on the hose reel that’s built into the handle. There also a cord keeper built into the handle that has pivoting arms that allow for removal of the cord without unwrapping it. The motor has an automatic cutoff mechanism that kills the motor as soon as you release the handle grip on the wand. There’s also a foot operated on off switch. All and all this is an excellent machine for residential use. The handle and all external parts are made of plastic so won’t take a lot of abuse but for a homeowner using it occasionally around the house I think it’s worth the money.
