Good at accurate readings fairly quickly
Works great and fairly quickly. I like that you can see the heart beat pattern, pretty cool feature. I only use it once in a while when needed at my job in healthcare. Battery life could be better, but then again it’s probably that battery quality that I use.

Great price
Great price and great product. Similar options were anywhere from $2-$10 more. This accurately reads my oxygen saturation and very easy to use. I like that it turns on by itself as well as turns off by itself

Great quality, low cost!
Works great! Low cost! Good quality. Readings settle fast. Displays real time heart activity. Got this for my mother and she liked it so much that I got one for myself.

Great product.
Great provide for the price. Gives a read, as far as I can tell. Only negative is, as others have said, it it beeps continuously while reading, vs a final beep when it’s reached its read, like others I’ve used do.Still happy I bought it!

Nice Product
Measures accurately and I like the easy to read numbers. It also has a audio heartbeat sound, so I can tell if my heart rhythm is how it should be after open heart Mitral Valve replacement surgery.

Love the size, always have it along in my purse
Compact, comes with a slim removable lanyard, and a soft little drawstring pouch to carry it in. It works great, and has been very handy. Gives accurate readings. It runs on 2 AAA batteries, and no tools are needed to replace them.

I would have given five stars but...
I like that this unit has memory and shows the P.I. as well as SPO2 and P.R. ... and I like the layout, visibility, and color of its display... and, of course, I like that it turns on and off automatically by detecting the presence or absence of the finger. But, there are a couple of things that annoy me:- The batteries (at least the ones included with it) went dead within the first couple weeks of use. (The replacement batteries have lasted longer - so perhaps the supplied batteries were just sub-standard).- Recently, I've noticed that it takes a long time for the readings to show up, and they even tend to come and go while the unit is in use. Sometimes, readings will appear only if the unit is re-positioned or even moved to another finger. It now seems that this problem can be avoided - sometimes at least - by shading the unit from natural light - usually by cupping my other hand around its sides and end. So, I'm unsure whether this is some fault of the unit, or due to infiltration of natural light... or perhaps the sensor has gotten dirty somehow - don't know.Anyway, these concerns caused me to drop one star from my rating.
