Great buy!
It was everything we expected. My husband loves the full width drawers so he can fit larger tools in there. And the charging station inside the top makes it really convenient. He can lock away the tools safely. He calls it his toy chest. Great item in the garage.

Great toolbox

On 3rd replacement
First delivery was a totally defective product. NONE of the drawers opened. Second delivery bottom drawer did not open at all. Hopefully 3rd time a charm. I am not sure the company that bought the Craftsman brand knows how to make the products they bought. This is exhausting to package and return, twice now, a 91 lb product.

Got lucky
I have seen a lot of negative reviews, but I decided to go for it and I purchased this at Lowe’s and had him open it right there in the middle of the tool area.Did not see any damage took it out to my van opened the rest of the way in the parking lot. Everything was perfect no issues.

Dents
After spending a little over 700 dollars on this "Brand New" Tool Box I was hoping it would come atleast in new condition. Unfortunately it doesn't and it's because of the lazy effort into packaging the items properly. I wish I took a photo of the box before I opened up, because it was already torn in half when it got to my house. If your going to spend good money I'd say spend it somewhere else.

Damaged Goods
Toolbox came damaged and drawer locking system not working.

Came dented at the bottom and bottom drawer would not pull out
So frustrating, did not see it at first the bottom dent and tossed all packaging. Now have to send it back!

Damaged product
Craftsman is the absolute best brand for tools and tools storage. The toolbox was damaged, but packed well with the box not damaged at all. I surmised the damaged occurred either during packaging for shipment or at the factory. Other than that....
